This has been another real grind for Liverpool.

It's not been pretty to watch and it's been hard-going.

But there's still time for them to rescue something in Istanbul.

Nice movement on the edge of the Chelsea area by Benfica but Vangelis Pavlidis passes it straight to the feet of Moises Caicedo. Wasteful.

There is always a period of adjustment when a new manager comes in. You build foundations and ideas from the back. Tottenham under Frank are still a work in progress.

    Chelsea 1-0 Benfica

Honestly I couldn't tell you about much match action in the last 10 minutes or so. It's been so scrappy and broken.

We've had a lot of players on the floor. And a lot of substitutions. And not many chances.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 21:34 BST

    Galatasaray 1-0 Liverpool

The home side have just made a couple of changes with Roland Sallai and Mauro Icardi coming on. Victor Osimhen, the goalscorer who has taken a couple of knocks, is one of those who has made way.

Moments later another Liverpool yellow card as Conor Bradley goes into the referee's notebook for a late challenge.

Another goal flurry to tell you about in the other late games.

Atletico and Inter are cruising in their respective tussles against Eintracht Frankfurt and Slavia Prague.

Lautaro Martinez has taken his tally to two for the evening to make it 3-0 to the Nerrazzuri, while Giuliano Simeone's in on the act to make it 4-1 to Atletico, much to the delight of dad Diego in the stands.

Bayern have also got a fifth in Cyprus.

Not Harry Kane this time as he's been subbed, but another former Premier League man Michael Olise, who's scored his first Champions League goal of the campaign.
