United are struggling to deal with Wolfsburg now. Ella Peddemors, also one goal away from her hat-trick unselfishly squares the ball for substitute Cora Zicai, but the pass is just ahead of her. She would've had a tap-in at the back post if she had been able to get to the pass.

Lineth Beerensteyn is eyeing up her hat-trick, she runs at Dominique Janssen, who does well to track the run and win a tackle to concede a corner.

From the second phase of that corner, Safia Middleton-Patel gets a weak fist to a punch and the ball drops for Wolfsburg substitute Cora Zicai, although her shot is deflected behind. United then deal with that set piece better.

[Safia] Middleton-Patel has a great leader and mentor in [Phallon] Tullis-Joyce who she can learn from and help her develop. The games she has been involved in will definitely put her in good stead for the future. She will have gained a lot of knowledge from those experiences.

It has been a tough evening for Wales international Safia Middleton-Patel, but she does superbly here to get something on to Lineth Beerensteyn's powerful header to stop Wolfsburg getting a fourth.

It's a shame to see Popp going off. She has been good in and out of possession, trying to help build attacks. But also defensively she is not afraid to put a challenge in, press the ball and make her presence be felt. Hopefully it's not too serious a problem.

Wolfsburg captain Alexandra Popp has put herself about tonight with some strong, and maybe some questionable challenges, but her game is now done as she looks to have suffered an injury to her right knee and has had to come off, limping off the pitch.

On comes Germany international midfielder Lena Lattwein.

There's only two words on everyone's lips tonight at Meadow Park.

It's not "European champions" or "Real Madrid" or even "three points"... It's actually just "it's freezing."

The temperature has dropped considerably in Borehamwood and there were barely any supporters in the stands when team news dropped.

Most of them were staying in their cars, in the pubs or near the burger van which is easily the warmest spot in the ground.

I know, we're English and discussing the weather again, but it will be interesting to see how it affects the atmosphere here tonight.

Arsenal are used to a packed crowd at the Emirates Stadium but have had to return to Meadow Park as a one-off due to a scheduling clash.

It was no surprise to hear it sold out immediately but can the supporters stay warm enough to make noise? Let's hope so.

It was a really well worked cross into the box and Beerensteyn does excellently to just connect with it and try and bend it towards the back post. It just evades the target.

Almost a fourth for Wolfsburg as Lineth Beerensteyn connects with a cross from the right and steers it goalwards. If it is on target it is in the net, but luckily for United it drifts just wide with Safia Middleton-Patel nowhere near it.
