Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has been speaking to the media before Saturday's Premier League game against Sunderland at Selhurst Park (kick-off 15:00 BST).
Here are the key lines from his news conference:
Injured trio Adam Wharton, Ismaila Sarr and Eddie Nketiah are "available at least against Liverpool, so in two weeks" but "tomorrow none of them are available". He added: "Adam and Eddie might have a chance for West Ham."
Asked about rumours of tension between him and chairman Steve Parish after Marc Guehi's failed £35m Liverpool transfer: "I never threatened to leave the club, never...I didn't have to threaten anybody. There were no bad tensions between the chairman and myself. It was really just a discussion about sports, and he decided against the money and for the sporting perspective of Crystal Palace. Big credit to the chairman."
He praised Guehi's professionalism: "It was clear, for him, that he stuck to his contract. It is credit to Marc that he never threatened to strike. He is a very honest person, that is why I was never worried about this situation. He will be our captain as long as he's here, because he's just such a great player and such a great personality."
On integrating new signings: "We're always looking at their personality to fit into the group, and now it's about building or integrating them into the way we are playing. It's a little bit different, maybe, to what they're used to, and we have to give them time. When you have to throw in three or four new players, it's a little bit more challenging."
There is a good chance Yeremy Pino will make his starting debut: "He just needed to rest during the international break... He had a small injury from his last game at Villarreal. But then he started preparing on Monday."
Pino has impressed since joining Crystal Palace: "It [his cameo against Aston Villa] was great. We can see in every single training session - Spanish player, he understands football. He finds the space where to move, to get the ball and he's calm on the ball. He's very good in his decision-making. On the other side, we also know that he has things to improve."
He praised Christantus Uche: " He is a lovely guy. He's always smiling - I like that. He's positive and open. He wants input, he's asking questions, but it's also important to give him time to settle and get to know everyone. He's a great guy with a great physical profile. Now it's about giving him time, sessions and minutes to settle in."
On newly promoted Sunderland: "I have been very impressed - all the promoted teams look very competitive this season. Their triangle in the backline are very experienced, and then they also have great profiles - quick players, quick feet."
