Stephanie Meadow secures top-20 finish in California

Stephanie Meadow carded a final round of one-under-par 71 to finish in a tie for 20th place on three under at the ANA Inspiration event in California.

The Jordanstown player posted four birdies and three bogeys on Sunday to end six shots off the lead.

Meadow had begun the tournament in disappointing fashion with a 76, but followed that up with a 68 and a 70.

American Brittany Lincicome defeated Stacy Lewis in a play-off after both players lay on nine under.
