Britain's Hannah Burke said she was "in a state of shock" after winning her first Ladies European Tour title in the Czech Republic.
The 27-year-old from Welwyn Garden City shot a final-round 64 to finish two strokes clear of Denmark's Nicole Broch Larsen in the Tipsport Golf Masters.
Becky Morgan of Wales was a shot back, while Melissa Reid and Charley Hull qualified for the Solheim Cup.
"I'm absolutely lost for words," said the victorious Burke.
"I didn't really focus too much on winning. I had a little goal set each day and went out to achieve them and I've come out on top, so it feels good."
Burke's previous best finish was second place at last year's Indian Open, but a closing round of seven birdies and no bogeys finally brought her the win.
Broch Larsen's hopes floundered with a seven at the 16th, and the tearful Dane said: "I was going for making my par instead of just playing it out to the fairway and seeing if I could make four from there.
"Instead of five, I made seven and pars from there, so it was just one hole."
Morgan had equalled the course record with a 62 on the opening day, but she let an overnight lead slip with a closing 71 that left her in a share of third place.
"When you're tied for the lead going into the last round, you'd like to win, but I played OK," said Morgan.
"I had three stupid three putts on the back nine, got a little indecisive with a few clubs and left myself a couple of tough first putts, but all in all I'm pretty happy with it. I just didn't putt as well as the first day."
