The 2027 Ryder Cup will be held at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Republic of Ireland across 17-19 September.

It is the first Ryder Cup to be held in Ireland since 2006, when Europe recorded a 18-9 victory over the United States at the K Club in County Kildare.

Details on how to purchase tickets to the event in 2027 will be released in 2026.

Adare Manor belongs to racehorse owner JP McManus, who also held a major share in Manchester United between 2000 and 2005.

The course hosted the Irish Open in 2007 and 2008, as well as the JP McManus Pro-Am in 2005, 2010 and 2022.

The championship course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and opened in 1995 as part of the Adare Manor resort.

Following McManus' purchase of the site in 2015, the course was redesigned by American golf architect Tom Fazio.

Shane Lowry was the only member of Europe's team at the 2025 Ryder Cup from the Republic of Ireland.

Rory McIlroy, a key part of Europe's team, was born in Northern Ireland and has represented Ireland at the Olympics.

Luke Donald captained Europe to a 15-13 victory at Bethpage Black in 2025.
