Chesterfield won the first game 1-0 but have been forced to replay the match after fielding an ineligible player.
The winners are away to Scunthorpe United in the third round.

Caretaker manager Keith Millen on when Alan Pardew may be confirmed as manager: "I can't give you a timescale on it. We thought we'd be in a position to make an announcement today when we spoke yesterday, but it looks like being tomorrow now.
"A new manager will come in which will hopefully be a spring in our step and help us survive.
"We've had to share our thoughts on transfer targets with Alan. He knows what we feel we need and has seen the squad over the past games."
More from Crystal Palace caretaker manager Keith Millen: "We're preparing for Alan to take training tomorrow but he'll pick the team.
"He left training to myself and Ben Garner today, he was in the office sorting things out."
Talks are continuing between Alan Pardew and Crystal Palace over a contract to become the club's new manager.
Caretaker manager Keith Millen was speaking to reporters earlier and confirmed Pardew will take his first training session with the squad tomorrow.
"There's no problems at all (over a contract), it's just taking a bit longer than expected," Millen said.
Southampton manager Ronald Koeman speaking ahead of his side's match against Ipswich on Sunday: "I remember when I was a young kid watching the FA Cup final from Holland - I always wanted to play some sort of part in the competition in my career.
"The Cup final sounds like a special day. I remember speaking to Ruud Gullit about his experiences with Chelsea and it sounds like something I'd love to be involved in.
"It's a long way to Wembley and you have to beat a few teams to get there, but it all starts on Sunday."

Burnley have confirmed Nathaniel Chalobah has returned to Chelsea, external at the end of his loan deal.
The England under-21 midfielder made four substitute appearances for the Clarets after joining the club at the end of August.
Burnley manager Sean Dyche said: "Nathaniel will go back to Chelsea and we thank him for his efforts in his time with us.
"We hope he has developed here, albeit not on the pitch as much as he would have liked. He has, however, been an active part of the group and has been a credit to himself.
"We wish him well as he looks to further progress his career."
Breaking away from football briefly, in tennis it's a case of two days in 2015 and two wins for Andy Murray.
The British number one has beaten Rafael Nadal 6-2 6-0 in the semi-finals of the World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi.
The Scot, who beat another Spaniard Feliciano Lopez in the opening match of the unofficial season's opener, was too strong for the world number three, who was playing his first match of the season.
It was the 27-year-old's most convincing win against Nadal in 21 meetings and he will play either Novak Djokovic or Stan Wawrinka in tomorrow's final.
New West Brom manager Tony Pulis finishes off his first news conference by responding to questions if he can keep the club in the Premier League: "You need to give me a couple of weeks, then I'll give you an answer.
"It will be difficult. Every team in bottom half of the Premier League will tell you it is.
"The infrastructure is secondary. The most important thing is the pitch, you have got to have players on the pitch to win you games. If you don't have a team to win, then all the surroundings fall away."
New West Brom manager Tony Pulis looks ahead to his first game in charge: "This place (The Hawthorns) rocks when supporters are right behind the team and we need that desperately.
"I still want to sit upstairs and have a look tomorrow. The team we will put out against Gateshead is a strong one."

Comedian Paddy McGuinness honoured a promise this morning - that he would clean Emile Heskey's boots if he scored for Bolton.
The former Liverpool striker did just that against Blackburn on Boxing Day.
