With clubs up and down the country looking for a bargain, today we're asking you: What is your value in the transfer market? And what would it take to convince you to join your rivals?

Tom, Guildford: Guaranteed over 30% penalty conversion rate. Talk a good game and six foot three, so can put myself about a bit. Got yellow boots and plasters over all my bling. Scored same amount of Premier League goals as £16m Balloteli this season! And some say I'm yet to get going...

Matt, Manchester: Whenever I leave the sofa and someone takes my place, they always remark on how warm the seat is. Seasoned bench-warmer for £6.2m plus performance related add-ons.

James, Oxford: If I sign for Reading my transfer fee, wages and probably my squad number will all be undisclosed. But I'll form a cracking partnership with Yakubu!

  18. Clubs being smart, players with their teapublished at 11:36 Greenwich Mean Time 2 February 2015

Football agent Eamon Mcloughlin, speaking to BBC Sport: "If at 11 o'clock on deadline day a player doesn't know that he is being seriously considered then he should probably get himself a cup of tea and get ready to watch it all on TV tonight. If you're not in touch with a club at this stage and well into negotiations, a deal isn't going to happen.

"Also if a club says we didn't get things done because we ran out of time the club needs to have a look at itself because they have had four or five months to plan this. If they left it right to the wire it's because they thought they might save 5% on the deal by trying to be smart."
