Today we have been reacting to news of Ian Holloway's sacking, Peter Moores under pressure and questions asked of Louis van Gaal by asking you if managers should be given more time or do bad results require swift action?

JackDixon29:, external I think all managers and coaches should be given two terms. You can't replace legends in a season. It's not feasible or possible.

VisionEconomic1:, external Van Gaal is bluffing, if he stays longer Giggs will leave and then the ties will be cut. Keep it in the family.

Kawwan:, external If you give Van Gaal time he will make something brilliant again of Manchester United.

Drew Cairney:, external Yes of course. How can u get any consistency or progress if you keep sacking the managers. Sometimes u need to look at the players.
