Some meat on the bone of that last story.

Steven Finn will return home because of a bone stress injury to his left foot.

Finn had made a late run into the reckoning for selection as third seamer for the first Test match of three against Pakistan, only to suffer pain in his foot.

He took four for 16 in England's warm-up match against Pakistan A in Sharjah but was then ruled out of the first Test and has spent the past three days on crutches.

"Finn has been ruled out of the remainder of the tour of the UAE with a bone stress injury to his left foot, which requires a period of off-loading to aid recovery," said an ECB statement. "He will return to the UK today for further assessment."

Back to Wales, who have alreadystarted their preparations for Euro 2016, twice visiting France in recent months to look at potential training bases.

Although Coleman's side recently rose to an all-time world ranking high of eighth, the nature of Uefa's coefficient ratings mean they will be among the bottom group of fourth seeds for the tournament, potentially leading to a difficult draw.

    Wales 2-0 Andorra

Let's start with Wales because boy do they deserve it.

Their 2-0 win over Andorra at the Cardiff City Stadium wasn't the finest 90 minutes of football you'll ever see but frankly, who cares?

Having already secured their place at a first major tournament since the 1958 World Cup, there was an electric atmosphere around the ground with the match almost secondary to the jamboree in the stands.

Aaron Ramsey scored - firing in after Ashley Williams's header was saved - then, fittingly, Gareth Bale struck his seventh goal of the campaign with five minutes to go.

Wales finished second in Group B following Belgium's win against Israel. They're off to France next summer, they can't wait - and neither can we.
