Former England international Keran Bracken tells BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast that Eddie Jones is the right man to lead the national side.
"It’s a very canny decision to get him involved as he has a lot of experience of Japan and the next World Cup is in Japan," says Bracken. "It's important to get a big coach,a big name and they've done just that.
"He's incredibly intense. He expects a lot of his coaches and works them really hard. He thinks outside the box and I think that's something England need."

Russell Dixon-Box: EJ should reverse the rule that all England players play in England. Europe OK, but how many France based did we miss in RWC?
Lee Houghton: Great coach and I'm sure he'll do well but would have preferred to see an Englishman in charge.

Moeen Ali opened in the recent Test series against Pakistan, and selector James Whitaker said 26-year-old Hales will get his chance to partner Alastair Cook on the tour to South Africa.
Broad told BBC Nottingham Sport: "Alex averaged over 50 in the Championship last season and deserves his chance.
"Alex didn't open in the UAE because we went down a different tactical route but it is there for him now. Hopefully it goes well for him in the first few warm-up games."

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal tells the media he has "congratulated" Jesse Lingard on his recent England call-up.
"When I think a player deserves I have selected younger players in my time as national coach, it’s dependable what kind of player you need," says van Gaal. "When a player shows on a high level what he can do, he can do it too for the national team. Now he has the first experience.
"Maybe he could have played tomorrow. Michael Carrick is not a heavy injury so he shall be playing much quicker than everyone has written."
Lingard, 22, has played seven times for United this season, scoring in their last outing against West Brom.
