Everton full-back Seamus Coleman is out because of injury, but prolific striker Romelu Lukaku - who scored the Toffees' winner in the League Cup - is fit.

"Instead of dieting down I've been packing the food in, eating every two, two and a half hours," said Haye, 35.

"I'm setting alarms to make sure I eat, so that the weight doesn't get too low."

The vote for England’s alternative national anthem is now closed and 29% of you opted for something other that the six light-hearted suggestions we made. We can’t pretend we’re not a little bit hurt by that.

Some consolation is that 17% of you opted for Vindaloo by Fat Les, and another 17% for the Only Fools and Horses theme tune. A further 14% plumped for the Dad’s Army theme tune and 12% went for Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. The Grandstand theme tune appealed to 7% of you, and another 5% went for the Archers theme tune.

    Thanks for voting.
