Rich Blagden: Paul Buckle. Got Torquay promoted in 2009, L2 playoffs in 2011, then joined Bristol Rovers. He and we have been in freefall since.

Ben Rinnes: I'd take Martin O'Neill back at Celtic in a second. A domestic treble, UEFA Cup final and thumping that team from Ibrox 6-2!

Jordan Bain: Sticking to a Derby point of view, I wish we'd kept Brian Clough. That way we may have had a few European Cups ourselves!
