Chairman Stephen Thompson takes man, ball and a huge gash out of the pitch with a ferocious upbraiding of the club's players and, by implication, manager Mixu Paatelainen after Tuesday's defeat by Motherwell left the club 13 points adrift at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership.

London Irish have agreed a long-term deal to sign Leicester Tigers back Tommy Bellfrom next season.
Bell, 23, can play at either fly-half or full-back and has scored 72 points in 10 appearances in all competitions for the Tigers this season.

Juan Martin del Potro has returned to professional tennis with a 6-1, 6-4 victory over American Denis Kudla in the first round of the Delray Beach Open.
The Argentine was playing his first ATP match in 11 months following a wrist injury that sidelined him after a first-round loss in Miami last March.
The 27-year-old del Potro has undergone surgery four times - once on his right wrist and three on his left - since defeating Roger Federer to win the 2009 US Open. He played just four matches last year and 10 in 2014.

Greg Dyke hopes to push through Football Association reforms in what would be one of his final acts as chairman.
The 68-year-old is scheduled to stand down from his position in the summer.
His proposals, which have been approved by a majority of the FA Board, are to be discussed today at Wembley.
"What the board wants to achieve is to change the make-up of the council particularly so that it more accurately reflects society in the second decade of the 21st century," Dyke said.

Greg Rutherford has pulled out of Saturday's Glasgow Indoor Grand Prix because of an injury.
The Olympic and world long jump champion said he made the decision after suffering a "small muscle tear".
Rutherford - who broke the British indoor record with a leap of 8.26m in Albuquerque earlier this month - said : "I was planning on competing in Albuquerque again last Friday, but decided not to jump due to some minor pain I've felt during my warm-up routine.
"Unfortunately I'm still dealing with this and, while it hasn't been any easy decision, I have to withdraw from this week's Glasgow Indoor Grand Prix."
