This is the view that the BBC Radio 5 live commentary team in Germany will have tonight. Alistair Bruce-Ball and former Tottenham striker Clive Allen are in Dortmund to bring you live commentary from the first leg of the last-16 Europa League tie.

Striker Daniel Sturridge is likely to return to Liverpool's starting line-up and right-back Nathaniel Clyne will return at the expense of Jon Flanagan, who is not registered to play in the Europa League.

Midfielder James Milner is doubtful after he was sent home from training with illness.

Jesse Lingard is suspended for Manchester United and fellow winger Adnan Januzaj is cup-tied, but Antonio Valencia is set to be involved after a foot injury.

Wayne Rooney, Ashley Young, Will Keane, Luke Shaw, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Phil Jones are all still out.

Chris and Gabby Adcock are through to the quarter-finals of the Yonex All-England Open Badminton Championships. They defeated the Korean pair of Kim Gi Jung and Shin Seung Chan 21-12, 21-16.

The Adcocks are set to meet the couple that prevented them from reaching the semi-finals last year, Tontowi Ahmed and Liliyana Natsir, who play later today.

The Indonesian number two seeds are three-time winners of this tournament.

The Adcocks, who are seeded seven and have never reached the semi-finals of this competition, took just 13 minutes to win the opening game of their second round match in a commanding performance.

Tottenham will be without Dele Alli, Danny Rose and Eric Dier for their Europa League last-16 first-leg tie at Borussia Dortmund.

Alli is suspended, fellow midfielder Dier is being rested and left-back Rose felt cramp in his calf in Saturday's draw with Arsenal. Jan Vertonghen and Clinton Njie remain sidelined with knee injuries.

Dortmund, like Tottenham, are second in their domestic league, they are unbeaten in 11 games in all competitions and striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored 29 goals in 33 games this season.

It may well be very lively at Twickenham on Saturday when England take on Wales.

However, Wales forwards coach Robin McBryde has also accused England of illegal scrummaging, with the spotlight on England's Joe Marler.

"He definitely needs to scrummage legally otherwise we will be pointing our finger," said McBryde.

England women ensured third place at the SheBelieves Cup with a goalless draw against France on Wednesday. Despite failing to win in the event, England captain Steph Houghton was upbeat when she spoke to BBC Sport.

"We're pleased with how we've progressed," she said. "With each game we got better and better. The results didn’t come but the performances were on the up.

"We've seen a different England in terms of getting the ball down and playing. We're happy and excited at the prospect of getting better over the next few months.

"There's been a change in mentality. Previously, when we’ve played against the likes of Germany, USA and France, we have been on the back foot. But we wanted to take the game to them and have frightened them at times. We are pressing from the front, holding a high line and causing teams problems."

Leicester City are five points clear at the top of the Premier League with only nine league matches to go.

So the Foxes are the title favourites then? Well, not according to boss Claudio Ranieri.

"We are the same, for me the favourites are the others, of course," says the Italian. "We have to fight then just at the end of the season we can say 'we have achieved this'."

It is rumoured that ex-Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez could be returning to the Premier League, to replace Steve McClaren at Newcastle.
