Yarmolenko and Stepanenko in happier times...

News reaches Sportsday that all is not rosy in the Ukraine camp ahead of Euro 2016.

International colleagues Andriy Yarmolenko and Taras Stepanenko had to be separated after coming to blows during a domestic match between Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kiev at the weekend.

Stepanenko was kicked by Yarmolenko on Sunday for kissing his club's badge and staging a provocative goal celebration. Defender Stepanenko then raised the stakes by telling Shakhtar's website: "I would like the whole country to know my friendship with Yarmolenko has ended." Burn.

National coach Mykhaylo Fomenko said: "We have to sort this out so it does not affect our mission." Go ahead and book that team bonding weekend, Mykhaylo.

"I'm sure people will think my West End ambitions are a wind-up," he said.

Remember when Peter Crouch hitched a ride on the back of the dreadlocks of Trinidad and Tobago's Brent Sancho to score for England in the 2006 World Cup?

Violent conduct apparently. Three-game ban if found guilty.

Leicester's Robert Huth will be nervously checking his inbox on Tuesday to see if the FA consider his follicle-focused challenge on Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini worthy of a charge.

Fellaini, for his apparent elbow in retaliation, will be doing the same.

    Brighton 0-0 Derby

Heading towards half-time at Brighton and it remains goalless, meaning if it stays the same a home win for Burnley against QPR later would see Sean Dyche's side return to the Premier League.

That's a big 'if' of course, but Middlesbrough and Brighton play each other on the final day of the season and therefore can’t both overtake Burnley.

Andros Townsend's superb free-kick edged Newcastle out of the Premier League drop zone on Saturday, but the winger isn't thinking about making Roy Hodgson's England squad this summer.

"The manager knows my game inside-out and he knows what I can do. If he feels that I can offer something, if he wants a player like myself in the squad, he'll pick me, like he's shown before," he told the club website., external

"I'm not thinking about it. My main focus is helping Newcastle stay in the Premier League. If anything happens on the back of that, then great; if not, then I'll go away and prepare for next season."

    IPC European Championships

Paralympic champion Josef Craig has been disqualified from a race at the IPC European Championships in Madeira for failing to cover up his tattoo of the Olympic rings.

The British teenager made it through Sunday's first heat of the men's S8 100 metres freestyle but was prevented from competing in the final because the tattoo - on the left side of his chest - breached regulations related to advertising.

An IPC spokesman said: "Body advertising is not allowed in any way whatsoever and that includes the Olympic rings. The athlete did not wear a cover and was therefore disqualified."
