    Russia were intending to send a 387-strong team but their track and field athletes are banned and there are still decisions to be made about the others.

    Some transfer news from overnight as Wales midfielder Joe Allenmade a £13m move to Stoke City.

    Allen, 26, appeared played in every game for Wales at Euro 2016 and was named in the team of the tournament.

    "I was really excited as soon as I heard of the club's interest and it wasn't a difficult decision to make, Allen said.
