BBC Sport's Paralympics reporter in Rio

    Jeanette Chippinton

"I still can't believe it's real," Jeanette Chippington tells me on BBC Radio 5 Live - 20 years after winning her last Paralympic gold as a swimmer.

"The German girl (Edina Muller, who was second) screamed when she crossed the line like she'd won and I was thinking 'I'm sure I was ahead' so it was only when the scoreboard said I'd won that I knew I'd got the gold."

"I don't think until I'm the podium that I'll really believe it's mine though, but it's been such an amazing journey to here and having lost to Edina at the world championships earlier this year I wasn't going to let her have this one!"

She's 46, but could she go ahead in four years time at Tokyo 2020? "Never say never!" she says with a smile.

Conte was asked if he was worried about Diego Costa having picked up three yellow cards already this season.

"Yes, two more yellow cards is a ban but I am not worried about it. Diego is growing in these situations - in the last game he showed great attitude," he said.

"He is passionate but I want him to put his passion into the football in the right way.

"It is difficult to tell your player to be patient because I think he knows he is close to a ban.

"He is an important player but in our squad there are other players should he get a ban such as Michy Batshuayi."

That's all from the Chelsea manager today, folks.

Conte also had words on John Terry, Jurgen Klopp and Diego Costa... Here are some of the top lines.

"John Terry strained the ligament of his ankle but his doctor told me after ten days he would be able to come back. He trained with the team today and is working hard to return stronger," he said.

On being asked about Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, Conte was very complimentary of his rival.

"I have great difficulty describing other managers but Jurgen is one of the best managers in the world. I don't know him too much, I have only faced him once before in a pre-season match but he is a fantastic manager and I will be glad to see him tomorrow," he added.

Middlesbrough face high flying Everton on Saturday. Under new manager Ronald Koeman the Toffees are undefeated and third in the table.

"We know Everton are a really good team with a good, experienced manager," Boro boss Aitor Karanka said.

"They are unbeaten and have 10 points so it's a game that we have to be at 100% if we want to compete.

"For a young manager like me I always have to learn. Ronald Koeman is a good example for me to learn from."

Middlesbrough are ninth in the table after losing their first Premier League game of the season against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

They face Everton in the late kick-off this Saturday.

Manager Aitor Karanka said: "If we don't play with our intensity it's going to be really difficult to win games. We win as a team and lost as a team.

"We've had one clear week to work on the pitch to fix our mistakes for the following game. I'm more comfortable working in this way."

He added: "We are going to lose more games than we did last season because it's the Premier League but the main thing is to have our ideas clear."
