    Antonio ConteImage source, Getty Images

Victorious manager Antonio Conte is in a jovial mood, toying with the press today - well they have won the league, why wouldn't he?

He tells the journalists in the room he wants to keep it a surprise whether John Terry will start Sunday's game.... Ooo the suspense.

He says the long standing Chelsea captain has still got life in his legs and could continue his career elsewhere if he chose to do so, comparing his career with players like Francesco Totti, Paolo Maldini and Alessandro Del Piero.

But who to pass the armband onto?

"Gary Cahill is vice-captain this season & has the good prospect to be a captain, but we must think about now, not the future."

Conte spells out the aim for Sunday's final game of their victorious campaign... To try to win 30 league games and to help Thibaut Courtois to win the Golden Glove for the most clean sheets this season.

He has also confirmed he has no injury concerns and he "can't wait" to celebrate on Sunday.
