As it has been at most Everton news conferences this season, the futures of Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley feature prominently.

Ronald Koeman said he "didn't know", when asked about the pair's contract situations.

"It is after the game, on Monday – then we will know it," Koeman said about Barkley's situation.

Asked if he is confident the England midfielder will stay, he added: "No, because it is a long time that he is thinking about it.

"But I'm not worried, because I like to work with players who like to play."

  4. Leicester news conferencepublished at 13:25 British Summer Time 19 May 2017

Boss Craig Shakespeare has arrived, his ego probably feeling a little bruised after last night's 6-1 hammering from Tottenham...

"Last night was disappointing, considering the form we've been in. We need to put that right on Sunday. When you miss all the players that we did [through injury], it takes it toll."

Leicester's last match of the season is against Eddie Howe's Bournemouth and Shakespeare says he is expecting a challenge...

"It's important to finish as high as we can. We can finish above Bournemouth if we win. They are an excellent footballing side. I expect them to come here and give us a good game. Andy King trained today which is a plus for us. I'm expecting everyone who played last night to be fit for Sunday."

Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino is a doubt for Sunday's game because of a muscle problem, but Jurgen Klopp remains optimistic.

    "[It’s] very positive.

“We could not decide until now, but he feels good and he feels comfortable. He did a lot of things, but was not part of team training. That’s not a problem after this long season.

“I think we will make a final test tomorrow. In this moment, I would rather say ‘yes’ than ‘perhaps’, but I am not sure.”

'Some people like to lie'published at 12:59 British Summer Time 19 May 2017

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (Sun, 15:00 BST)

    BBC Sport

Jose Mourinho accused some pundits of "lying" about the number of matches Manchester United have played and Mourinho's complaints about the demands being placed upon them.

"Some people like to lie. They are paid to be honest and speak with their knowledge. But some lie. Since January we have played 37 matches. Played complete Premier League season minus one match in five months. We had four big injuries that reduced the number of people. Jones/Smalling were both injured on England duty in one week. Then our squad was reduced to a number that put us in big problems."

United midfielder Marouane Fellaini will have a scan on the hamstring injury he suffered at Southampton on Wednesday.

Mourinho intends to play a young side against Palace.

Asked if these youngsters are ready, Mourinho said: "If it was just one, maybe, but not all of them at the same time.

He said he will include 3/4 first choice players for one half each but skipper Wayne Rooney probably would not be involved.

Man Utd news conferencepublished at 12:44 British Summer Time 19 May 2017

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (Sun, 15:00 BST)

More team news from Jose Mourinho, who adds: "Chris Smalling has a small problem for Sunday, he will be fine for Wednesday.

"Paul Pogba is fine. Strong guy. Strong mentality. He needs to play on Sunday."

Mourinho is waiting on for the results of scans for Marouane Fellaini, while Wayne Rooney will probably not play.

On playing a number of youth players against Palace, he added: "To play so many kids at the same time, honestly, I don't think is good.

"I think they really need my support, Nicky Butt's and supporters to understand difficult job they have. It'll not be easy for them."

Barritt out of semi-finalpublished at 12:11 British Summer Time 19 May 2017

Saracens captain Brad Barritt has been ruled out of tomorrow's Premiership semi-final against Exeter with a calf injury.

Duncan Taylor replaces Barritt in the only change to the XV that won a second successive Champions Cup last weekend.

Meanwhile Ospreys skipper Alun Wyn Jones makes his return from injury in the Pro 12 semi-final at Munster.

The Lions second row hasn't played since March because of a shoulder problem.

Pogba could play against Palacepublished at 12:01 British Summer Time 19 May 2017

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (Sun, 15:00 BST)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport

Jose Mourinho has threatened to play plenty of youngsters in Manchester United’s final Premier League game of the season.

Mourinho’s stance is understandable given United play Ajax in the Europa League final in Stockholm on Wednesday – with a place in the Champions League and £50m in lost income at stake.

One player who looks certain to face Crystal Palace though is Paul Pogba.

The world’s most expensive player has missed United’s last two games following the death of his father.

He was among those at a scheduled open training session arranged by Uefa this morning though and, as he needs a game, will be in Mourinho’s team this weekend.
