  1. Divisional round line-uppublished at 03:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

So here's the line-up so far for next week's divisional round, with the Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans coming into the fray having enjoyed a first-round bye as the top seed in each Conference.

Think we can pencil in the Los Angeles Rams for that remaining spot and a trip to face the defending champions Tampa Bay.

But you never know... stranger things have happened in the NFL.

  2. Best of Super Wildcard Weekend so farpublished at 03:05 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Then on Sunday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cruised into week two of the play-offs, followed by the Kansas City Chiefs, the team they beat in last year's Super Bowl.

And the San Francisco 49ers pulled off the first upset of this season's play-offs after holding on to win a thriller against their old rivals the Dallas Cowboys.

  3. Bengals & Bills progress on Super Wildcard Saturdaypublished at 03:02 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

ICYMI... the Super Wildcard weekend began on Saturday with the Cincinnati Bengals claiming their first play-off win in 31 years.

Quarterback Josh Allen then produced an incredible performance in the Buffalo Bills' demolition of the New England Patriots to follow the Bengals into the divisional round.

  4. Half-time - Rams in controlpublished at 02:57 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

There's one run play from Arizona before we reach the half, and the Cardinals can't get off the field quick enough.

They only have 12 minutes in the locker room, and what can coach Kliff Kingsbury possibly say to turn this around?

  5. Rams puntpublished at 02:54 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

It's a third straight three-and-out as the Rams punt.

The catch is muffed but then recovered by Christian Kirk. Giving up a special teams touchdown too would really add insult to injury for the Cardinals.

  6. Two-minute warningpublished at 02:52 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

Arizona give up five yards on a false start penalty before two Kyler Murray passes go incomplete and they fail to convert on third and 15.

Andy Lee will punt on the other side of the two-minute warning.

  7. Rams go three and outpublished at 02:46 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

Arizona finally enjoy some respite as the Rams go three and out. They get it back with 2:46 to get themselves on the board before the half.

First they need to get into the Rams' half, mind.

  8. Turnover - Murray intercepted againpublished at 02:43 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

Oh dear... now it's two interceptions from two possessions for the Cardinals.

Kyler Murray tries a tricky screen pass to James Conner but it's a bit too high and Conner can only get a hand to it, pushing it up for defensive tackle Marquise Copeland to clutch for the pick.

The Rams start their drive on halfway. This could turn real ugly for Arizona.

  9. First first down for the Cardinals....published at 02:38 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

With six minutes remaining in the first half, James Conner runs for 11 yards and the Cardinals have a first down. Finally.

Now, what else can they do?

  10. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 02:35 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-21 Los Angeles Rams

Oh my Kyler, what were you thinking?!

The Rams soon bring the heat on Kyler Murray in his own end zone, but rather than take the tackle and concede two points for a safety, the young quarterback just tosses it away and linebacker David Long Jr can't believe his luck as he makes the pick to run in a three-yard defensive touchdown.

  11. Cardinals deniedpublished at 02:34 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

We've just had a lengthy stoppage to review what the Cardinals thought was a pressure-relieving catch by AJ Green. The officials reckon it's a completion, but there's another challenge by the Rams, and again they get the call.

The play is reversed and Arizona are back on their own four-yard line.

  12. Beckham back in the big timepublished at 02:29 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

No catch that time for Odell Beckham Jr but the star receiver's made a good start, with three receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown so far.

Remarkably, this is just his second play-off game - and his first since 2017 with the New York Giants.

Could he finally reach his full potential in Los Angeles? That touchdown is his sixth from eight starts for the Rams.

  13. Rams go three and outpublished at 02:22 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

Matt Stafford chucks a deep ball towards Cam Akers but the receiver wasn't expecting it just yet and he fails to hang on.

That's Stafford's first incompletion from seven attempts and now it's the Rams who go three and out.

  14. Cardinals punt after Murray sackedpublished at 02:17 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

Another Cardinals drive, another punt after going three and out.

Kyler Murray is sacked for a seven-yard loss and despite checking down to Rondale Moore on third and 17, the receiver's still well short of first down.

The Cardinals haven't even got past their own 29-yard line yet.

  15. Stats make ugly reading for Cardinalspublished at 02:12 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

Want an idea how this game's going so far?

Here's the total yardage for each team after that Matt Stafford touchdown.

    Los Angeles: 162 yards

    Arizona: -3 yards

  16. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 02:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-14 Los Angeles Rams

Oh, the touchdown's given. Somehow amongst that sea of bodies, the officials reckon they've seen enough for them to be sure that Matt Stafford broke the plane of the goal-line.

The Rams double their lead with their quarterback's first rushing touchdown since 2016.

  17. Rams challengepublished at 02:08 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

The Rams think they've punched it in, but after review, Sony Michel is deemed to be a yard short.

Matt Stafford then tries to get in with a quarterback sneak and although the officials reckon he was stuffed, the Rams have challenged the decision. It's back to the replays...

  18. Beckham gets Rams to the brinkpublished at 02:03 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

And Odell Beckham Jr was brought to Los Angeles for plays like this, taking a deep ball from Matt Stafford and sprinting down the sideline before being pushed out of bounds at the two-yard line.

  19. Two star-studded rosterspublished at 01:59 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

Both teams have loaded up with some star talent in a bid to bolster their roster over the last couple of years.

The Rams brought in cornerback Jalen Ramsey in 2019 before trading for Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford in exchange for Jared Goff last year.

You don't see many mid-season signings in the NFL but the Rams made two in November, picking up wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr following his release by the Cleveland Browns and signing linebacker Von Miller from the Denver Broncos.

Arizona also made one, bringing in tight end Zach Ertz from the Philadelphia Eagles, after signing wide receivers DeAndre Hopkins and AJ Green in the last couple of years, plus defensive end JJ Watt.

  20. End of the firstpublished at 01:58 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

The Rams end the first quarter with Matt Stafford making a 14-yard completion to tight end Tyler Higbee.

They've bossed it so far. After three possessions the Cardinals are yet to make a first down.
