"On the undercard, Frankie Gavin, England's only ever amateur world champion, and Londoner Bradley Skeete, are battling for the British and Commonwealth welterweight title.

"Gavin looks fleshy around the middle and was badly out of tune in the first half of the 12-round fight, with Skeete appearing to build up a big lead behind his jab. Gavin fighting for his future from now on."

Andy: Chisora v Fury will be great tonight, but it doesn't even come close to the drama, the build-up, the entertainment, the egos and the spectacle that was Nigel Benn v Chris Eubank on 18th November 1990.

Chris Eubank Jnr may have taken a lot of the headlines - the perk of having a charismatic, famous dad - but Billy Joe Saunders is no mug. Far from it.

The 25-year-old represented Great Britain at Beijing 2008 and has won all 20 of his fights since turning professional the following year.

"I'm feeling great, the best I've ever been in my career," he said. "My weight is perfect. I'm just where I want to be.

"Everything has been done in training camp and I've left no stone unturned. I couldn't have done any more and now it's all on the line on Saturday night - there's going to be fireworks."

Chris Eubank Sr claims his son is the most talented boxer since Sugar Ray Leonard.

Brighton's Eubank Jr challenges for Billy Joe Saunders' British, European and Commonwealth middleweight titles.

"The last person who had this ability was Sugar Ray Leonard," said Eubank Sr. "My son is the most dangerous young man I've ever come across in boxing, the most dangerous fighter on the planet.

"I was the benchmark, I was the beacon, I was the one everyone was measured against. And I can't even measure him against me. I have never seen anything like him. The great British public has a great journey in front of them over the next 10 years."

  12. Gavin in controlpublished at 22:27 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2014

Not much going on in the ring as the fight between Frankie Gavin and Bradley Skeete for the British and Commonwealth welterweight title fails to set alight after three rounds.

Gavin looks in control but no sign of any early stoppage here.

  13. David v Goliath?published at 22:24 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2014

Physically, this is a little bit like David vs Goliath.

At 6ft 9in, Tyson Fury possesses an 11in reach advantage over 6ft 1in Chisora.

"I am trying to be a different person, a better person and with the help of God I will - this is the new me," said Fury.

"I'm not interested one bit if people take me seriously as a boxer, I could not give a hoot. It doesn't matter to me what people think of me as long as I get paid, and as long I win good fights, I'm happy."

    Chisora v FuryImage source, PA

As if fighting for the right to become just a third British world heavyweight champion this century isn't enough. This is a grudge match with a capital G.

The British pair meet in a rematch after Fury won their 2011 contest on points, with Chisora pulling out of the initial rematch in July with a fractured hand.

Fury was fined £15,000 after he was given a misconduct charge following a foul-mouthed tirade aimed at his rival at a news conference in June.

These two do not like each other.
