  1. Controversial stoppage win for Leatherpublished at 20:59 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

Josh Leather beats Phillip Sutcliffe Jr (sixth round stoppage)

On the undercard in Leeds, Guisborough fighter Josh Leather won his first professional title with a controversial stoppage victory over Phillip Sutcliffe Jr.

The super-lightweight, who has won all 12 of his professional contests, is now the IBF Inter-Continental champion.

The fight was pretty much even before referee Howard Foster seemed to be a bit too hasty in stopping it in the sixth after Leather landed some clean shots on his opponent.

Who is your favourite current British boxer? Why?

misterpeetg: Cannot choose, British boxers have long been the best in my opinion. Olympic boxing is real boxing, not about knock outs but most tags/dodge.

Lawrie Hill: Could only be Anthony Joshua.

Kal Yafai v Suguru Muranaka (WBA Super-Flyweight Championship)

Meanwhile in Birmingham, it is a thumbs up from Japan's Suguru Muranaka as he arrives at the Barclaycard Arena, hoping to rip the WBA Super-Flyweight World Championship out of Kal Yafai's hands.

Muranaka will be in his 29th professional fight and he has won 25 of them and has held the Japanese title. However, this is his first bout outside of his home country. How will he cope with the intimidating atmosphere in front of Yafai's home crowd in Birmingham?

That one is expected to get going at about 10:20 BST.

  5. Homecoming for Adamspublished at 20:44 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Nicola Adams v Maryan Salazar

This will be Nicola Adams' first home-town fight for 20 years - the last time being when she was just 13.

It was in a working men's club where smoking indoors was still allowed.

She said: "I got into the ring doing the Ali Shuffle and I was trying to emulate Prince Naseem with the switch-hitting and everything.

"It was in an old working men's club against a girl called Claire Newton"

  6. The Golden Girlpublished at 20:40 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Nicola Adams v Maryan Salazar

Nicola Adams OBE is arguably the most decorated female boxer from these shores. Her amateur medal record speaks for itself.

    Olympics - Two golds

World Championships - One gold, three silver

European Championships - One gold, one silver

    European Games - One gold

European Union Championships - Two golds

    Commonwealth Games - One gold

I make that twelve medals, eight gold and four silver - that's a lot of bling.
