Promoter Eddie Hearn isn't holding back. He claims it is "incompetent" judging and believes Harper should be a unified champion.
Harper v Braekhus
It definitely had the feeling of a tight contest and two judges clearly felt that was the case.
There were very few moments where either fighter looked to be in complete control.
We're hearing from Harper now and she admits that she "feels it with these bigger girls", suggesting she could drop back down a weight class or two.
Harper v Braekhus
Wow! It's a majority draw.
One judge had it 97-93 in favour of Harper with the other two scoring it 95-95.
Harper retains her WBA light-middleweight title but the WBO strap stays vacant.
Harper v Braekhus
Harper is definitely the more spritely of the two in the final round as she dips under the jab of Braekhus and comes up the middle.
A strong response from the challenger with a one-two.
That's it. We go the distance. Harper looks like she did just enough to me.
What do the judges think?

I think Braekhus has a mountain to climb in these last two rounds.
Harper v Braekhus
It's Braekhus that starts the round strongly again as she lands a solid one-two and then she comes back for more with a right hook.
Harper, maybe sensing she was losing the round, comes back with a combination of her own.
Braekhus probably needs a knockout here... she only has nine from 39-fight career.
Harper v Braekhus
Some smart stuff in the clinch again as Braekhus lands a couple of uppercuts.
A good exchange between the pair to end the round with both fighters getting through with a right hand.
These rounds have all been very close. Harper is maybe just doing enough but who knows!
Harper v Braekhus
Harper might have just landed the best shot of the fight with a perfectly-timed left hook and that seems to spark Braekhus into life for a moment.
It's exhausting watching this!
Harper v Braekhus
We got the chance to hear from Braekhus' corner between rounds and trainer Johnathon Banks was asking for the left hook.
But it's Harper who has success with the left, landing to the body and then up top when they break away from the clinch.
I said Braekus wasn't looking too fatigued but she really isn't moving too far away from the centre of the ring.

If fans were thinking Harper could make short work of a fighter 16 years her senior, they were sorely mistaken.
Braekhus is using all her considerable talent and experience, and at the halfway mark it is too close to call.
Harper v Braekhus
Braekhus is using her experience to good effect, making the most of the clinches and landing some decent shots to the body.
Harper continues to have the greater success when it's out in the open though.
No major sign of fatigue from the 42-year-old challenger but when Harper steps away she isn't interested in chasing.
That's the halfway point of the contest.

You can tell Braekhus has been a bigger fighter for a longer time.
Harper v Braekhus
Another couple of nearly moments for Harper as she just struggles to land cleanly, but she is starting to control when and where the action takes place.
A little clash of heads sees the referee issue a warning but this is looking better for Harper.
Harper v Braekhus
Plenty of bobbing and weaving from Harper as she starts to try and find her entry routes.
She's had two rounds to try and get her reads and now starts to throw a little more freely.
Harper is so close to landed a looping right but Braekhus just manages to evade.

Loud pleas from Harper's supporters behind me for her to "use the jab" and "get on the front foot."
Certainly the boxer from Denaby Main has not imposed herself too fiercely on this fight yet.
Harper v Braekhus
Harper's trainer, Stefy Bull, stressed there is no need to over-commit early on when he was speaking between rounds and we see much of the same in round two.
It's still Braekhus who is the more active fighter, throwing out the jab but there's nothing following on.
Harper v Braekhus
Braekhus is no stranger to the big stage and she looks really calm in the opening round, throwing out the jab and controlling the centre of the ring.
Harper is much lighter on her feet and happy to keep at range for now.
Not much to pick from in the opening two minutes.
Harper v Braekhus
David Diamante takes us through the two fighters' respective records and it is boos for Norway's Cecilia Braekhus and a big cheer for Terri Harper.
And with that, we are under way.
Harper v Braekhus
And it's bouncing for WBA light-middleweight title-holder Terri Harper with Gerry Cinnamon's 'She's A Belter' getting the crowd going.
A pink vest and white shorts with, of course, gold trim for the champion.
Harper v Braekhus
Here comes The First Lady of Boxing, Cecilia Braekhus.
She's got Lady Gaga's 'Telephone' ringing around the arena as she makes the walk.
A pretty understated walk for someone with such a reputation in the game.
