  3. 'It doesn't feel real'published at 19:26 British Summer Time 8 June

    Davey Todd wins Senior TT

Here's more from Davey Todd: "It doesn't feel real. I got my first TT win a few days ago and we've been feeling good the whole time. I wanted to be in the battle for the win and I knew we had a chance with this one.

"I can't wait until next year already. I can't believe we have 12 months to come back here again. I loved this TT. This is going to take a while to sink it, it's been a dream come true for me."

  4. 'Longest laps of my life'published at 19:23 British Summer Time 8 June

    Davey Todd wins Senior TT

Davey Todd, Senior TT winner, speaking to TT Plus: "Honestly, I think it was worse [having a big lead]. I felt comfortable battling for the lead with Hicky [Peter Hickman, who crashed out unhurt on lap two]. I was riding steady on lap one and two and I wanted to try and save a bit of laps three and four. We had a better lap in the tank.

"When I came into the pits I was in P1 with that big gap, so those last two laps were the longest laps of my life. I was nursing the bike but the Milwaukee BMW team have built me a fantastic machine. I love riding it and it never missed a beat. I've got to give it up to the team."

  5. 'It's amazing'published at 19:20 British Summer Time 8 June

    Davey Todd wins Senior TT

Josh Brookes, second in Senior TT, speaking to TT Plus: "It's amazing. I knew the Superbike would be my best class. On the bike I rider every week in the British Championship, I just feel at home on it. I feel like I can ride my way on it.

"In the Superbike race my chain broke, I was devastated by that, and it was a traumatic week of problems, so I wasn't even expecting to be on the podium. So to be second, I feel like I've won it. It's unreal and I'm so thrilled."

  6. 'I struggled from the start'published at 19:16 British Summer Time 8 June

    Davey Todd wins Senior TT

Dean Harrison, third in Senior TT, speaking to TT Plus: "To be honest, I struggled from the start. We tried some stuff to make the bike better. We've went the wrong direction, but if we didn't try it then we would never have known. We had a few issues so I just did what I could.

"I think we did well to get third, to be honest. I'm happy with that and the week we've had."

    Final lap

Todd is through Cronk-ny-Mona for the final time. A few corners to go....

Our race leader was getting a standing ovation on the run down the mountain.

He cried after winning his first TT the other day. This could be a big celebration once again.

    Final lap

    Onto the Mountain we go.

You guessed it, Davey Todd still leads. The chequered flag is within touching distance now.

Josh Brookes has pulled a second back but I don't think he's in any danger of anyone topping Todd from here. The gap is still 42 seconds!

    Final lap

    Half a lap to go.

    Davey Todd is edging closer.

Brookes and Harrison round out the top three. It's as you were.

  13. Ballaugh Bridgepublished at 19:02 British Summer Time 8 June

    Final lap

We're at Ballaugh Bridge for the final time.

Todd is still firmly in control ahead of Josh Brookes and Dean Harrison.

Harrison is a superb rider, but Todd has almost pulled one minute on him here. Sensational.

James Hillier, Mike Browne and John McGuinness round out the top six.

    Final lap

Further down the order, the battle for eighth is quite something.

Rob Hodson, Paul Jordan, Shaun Anderson and Michael Rutter, who was celebrated earlier with a parade lap and a corner named after both him and his late father, Tony, are separated by less than one second. That's mad.

  15. Postpublished at 18:58 British Summer Time 8 June

    Final lap

Todd is through Glen Helen for the final time.

Dean Harrison is right behind him on the road, but it's Josh Brookes who is in second.

Todd's lead is now up to 41.152 seconds, with Brookes doing a brilliant job to lead Harrison by 13.589 seconds in the battle for the final podium place.

    Final lap

For years it has been the 'big three' at the Isle of Man TT with Peter Hickman, Michael Dunlop and Dean Harrison.

Davey Todd has been chipping away at that, but the leap he's taken this year has been exceptional. He would be a very, very popular winner.

Each passing mile moves him closer to the biggest prize in road racing!

    Lap 3/4

Davey Todd is now first on the timing screens and first on the road. He gets by Harrison into Creg-Ny-Baa.

This is some performance from a very popular rider.

  20. Postpublished at 18:51 British Summer Time 8 June

    Lap 3/4

Todd is just two seconds behind Harrison on the road now as they fly through the Bungalow, in the shadow of the Joey Dunlop statue.

Could that play into Harrison's advantage. Todd could get past and then the Honda rider could sit in the tow and get pulled along?

Brookes is doing a stunning job in second place. He's now 34 seconds down on Todd, and is 13.698 seconds clear of Harrison. A lap is a long time though.
