Lance Stroll finds himself on the end of a lap time deletion, so the Canadian tumbles to 10th after those opening Q3 runs.
George Russell lost a little bit of time in the final sector, so has the Mercedes got more to show us on the next run? The wind might have been a factor for Russell, who tells his engineer it's quite gusty now out on track.

The TV cameras have just picked up Lewis Hamilton walking down the Ferrari garage to the sanctuary of his driver's room, helmet still on. His post-qualifying interview will be interesting.

The Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli was a nightmare to handle between Turns Seven and Nine. Over at Sauber, fellow rookie Gabriel Bortoleto was delighted to reach the pole fight again. Let's go! Again! Yes!" said the Brazilian on the Sauber radio.
Here we go then. Who is taking pole? You lot reckon Lando Norris.

Kimi Antonelli's lap time was deleted for track limits at Turn Four which dropped him to 15th place. That lifts Lewis Hamilton to 12th on the grid on Sunday.

There won't be a chance of a 10th pole position at the Hungaroring for Lewis Hamilton. His Saturday ends at the second stage of qualifying and he'll line up 12th on tomorrow's grid.
"Every time. Every time," he says on the Ferrari team radio.

Charles Leclerc improves but he doesn't get to far up the order - only to fifth spot. Lewis Hamilton is into the top 10 but it'll be a nervy wait for the 40-year-old, as seventh place not becomes 10th. He's in trouble now...

Carlos Sainz has a wheel over the white line in the pit lane but his Williams is still trying to find a gap to slot into the queue to get out. It's tense times in Q2. In danger is Lewis Hamilton, Sainz, Gabriel Bortoleto, Kimi Antoenlli and Franco Colapinto.

Charles Leclerc is 10th after those opening runs and the Monegasque man is absolutely clear on the team radio he wants Ferrari to focus on one thing and to try and get him some decent space to bank a lap. Lewis Hamilton is one placer lower than his team-mate, so work to do for the seven-time world champion.

Bank those laps in early, folks. Lando Norris is next to cross the line and he goes half a second quicker than the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso. Oscar Piastri also steps over the Spaniard, but his time is 0.051 seconds off Norris' best marker. It's a McLaren one-two again, though.
