  1. Sink or swim for Cambridgepublished at 14:48 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton v Cambridge (15:00 BST)

Bristol Rovers' loss has made today's match between Burton Albion and Cambridge all the juicier.

Given the goal difference between them and the Gas, the Brewers can all but guarantee themselves another year in League One should they win today.

But in doing so, they'd also set Cambridge's future in stone.

The U's will be sent back to League Two, the place they gained automatic promotion from in 2021 and were just two points shy of winning the title, should they lose.

Burton will get another opportunity to go ahead before the final day in their midweek game at home to Wigan, but for Cambridge, it's sink or swim.

    Conor Grant (76 mins)

This could be a massive three points for Notts County!

Conor Grant grabs his second of this half and second of the match as he squeezes one past James Belshaw at his near post, with the aid of a deflection.

Joy for the 1000 Magpies fans packed in at the Exercise Stadium!

So, where do we stand after those two results this lunchtime in League One?

Wycombe fail to close the gap on Wrexham in second, which means the Welsh side can seal back-to-back promotions to the Championship with a win over Charlton in the late kick-off.

A draw would keep the Chairboys in the running, but end Charlton's chances of finishing runners-up.

And don't forget Stockport. Dave Challinor's side could climb above Wycombe this afternoon, and remain in the fight for second depending on the result in Wales tonight.

Leyton Orient and Reading match each other in sixth and seventh and both have 75 points, but Orient's goal difference is eight goals better.

At the bottom, Bristol Rovers's defeat leaves them at the mercy of Burton Albion. A win for the Brewers today would leave Rovers needing to overturn at least a 14-goal swing on the final day. Mansfield, by the way, are safe after that Gas defeat.

If Burton beat Cambridge, the U's will be down, and will mean Crawley must win to keep alive their slim hopes of survival.

    FT: Doncaster 2-1 Bradford

    Mickey Walker
Former Doncaster Rovers director of football on BBC Radio Sheffield

It is fantastic you couldn't wish for anything better.

Look at the crowd, it is the Wembley of the north. There were two good sides today and you have to pat Bradford City on the back.

Doncaster have come out and have commanded the game throughout the last 20 games against all sorts of clubs.

Rovers were full of youth today, as well as having some experienced players out there, but they have come up with a performance today where they have fought off the nerves.

To see the crowd celebrating on a lovely day, you can't beat it.

    Bristol Rovers 0-2 Reading

The Gas had their fair share of the chances in this one, but get caught out by two second-half goals from the Royals.

Lewis Wing and Chem Campbell give Noel Hunt's side the points, but they'll need either a big swing in the goal difference to overhaul Leyton Orient for the final play-off spot or Orient to drop points against Huddersfield on the final day.

Bristol Rovers can't be mathematically relegated today, but they like Wycombe, now face a nervous wait.

    Leyton Orient 1-0 Wycombe

    Well, Well, Well....ens.

Richie's side come out on top of a big game in the capital thanks to Rendall Williams' second-half header. Only a dramatic set of results will stop Orient reaching the play-offs this season.

Brisbane Road is bouncing. What an achievement.

Wycombe now wait to see if they can still play for automatic promotion next week when Wrexham face Charlton later.

    Doncaster 2-1 Bradford

A tense last few minutes but Doncaster get past 10-man Bradford to secure promotion!

It could have all ended so differently for the Bantam.

Would it have been the same if defender Aden Baldwin hadn't been sent packing for a undisciplined rant? Or if Tyreik Wright's nervous penalty had gotten past the Bantam keeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe?

Perhaps. But Billy Sharp's strike put the Donnys out of reach and not even Romoney Crichlow's consolation goal could prevent their hosts from gaining promotion.

Doncaster will celebrate but for Bradford, an anxious wait for the Saddlers result beckons.

    AFC Wimbledon 0-2 Port Vale

An astounding three minutes sees Port Vale promoted to League One!

Jayden Stockley saw his first goal disallowed for offside but that didn't stop him finding the net again.

He nodded in an opener and a few minutes later, Jaheim Headley joined him on the scoresheet - though not without controversy!

Dons boss Johnnie Jackson felt that play should have been stopped for a head injury before the goal and was not best pleased to see the goal go in.

He was sent his marching orders and AFC Wimbledon's hopes of automatic promotion with it.

  12. goal

GOAL: Doncaster 2-1 Bradfordpublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 26 April

    Romoney Crichlow (94 mins)

Wait?! Could we be witnessing something really special?

Romoney Crichlow finds the net off the back of a Brad Halliday throw-in but the Bantams take no time to celebrate.

Not much left in it and the home fans would have thought they were up and away...

  13. 'The emotions have been palpable'published at 14:24 British Summer Time 26 April

    Doncaster 2-0 Bradford

    Jamie Raynor
    BBC Radio Leeds commentator

You can see the contrast in emotion in the home fans and the away fans.

There is a flare on the pitch and that goal won't help the stewards with the emotions being felt by the City fans.

The emotions of this game have been palpable and the Bradford fans are starting to leave.

  14. goal

GOAL: Bristol Rovers 0-2 Readingpublished at 14:24 British Summer Time 26 April

    Chem Campbell (90 mins)

This makes things slightly more nervy for Leyton Orient.

Chem Campbell surely seals the three points for Noel Hunt's side.

Bristol Rovers - with a vastly inferior goal difference - are staring League Two in the face.

  15. goal

GOAL: Doncaster 2-0 Bradford Citypublished at 14:22 British Summer Time 26 April

    Billy Sharp (91 mins)

But no curse this time, Doncaster are all but promoted!

A ball falls to Billy Sharp and a striker with that kind of pedigree is made out of steel.

He drives into the box and strikes to take the game out of Bradford's grasp barring a miracle.

  17. 'It is a poor penalty'published at 14:19 British Summer Time 26 April

    Doncaster 1-0 Bradford

    Gary Jones
Former Bradford City captain on BBC Radio Leeds

    It is a poor penalty!

Someone needs to step up and put their boot through it, it was at the keepers height and not in the corner.

The indecision of who is taking it all has an effect. All someone has to do is step up and put their foot through it.

  18. goal

GOAL: Harrogate 1-2 Notts Countypublished at 14:18 British Summer Time 26 April

    Conor Grant (51 mins)

Dream start to the second half for Notts County and they are back in front!

Stuart Maynard's team have started this half well and Conor Grant has delivered.

Good wing play from Jodi Jones as his cross is on hand for Alassana Jatta. His effort is saved by James Belshaw, but Grant is there to score.

  19. Postpublished at 14:18 British Summer Time 26 April

    Another chance to seal it!

Jamie Donley can't quite turn the ball home with keeper Will Norris briefly in no mans land.

  20. PENALTY SAVED!published at 14:16 British Summer Time 26 April

    Doncaster 1-0 Bradford

    Take a bow, Teddy Sharman-Lowe.

The Rovers stopper denies Tyreik Wright from the spot and the sound within the Eco-Power stadium is off the scale.

    Huge, HUGE save!
