    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

Cambridge need this win else relegation awaits them at the final whistle.

An important match and even more so for Liam Bennett, who makes his 100th start for the side today.

So, automatic promotion is still in sight for Notts County.

Their hopes now lie in Accrington Stanley as they look to keep Walsall out of the top three, with Bradford City also crossing their fingers that the Saddlers can be kept at bay.

Their loss to Doncaster Rovers saw their hosts promoted while Bradford's dream took a dent, while Port Vale also secured their rise to League One by crushing AFC Wimbledon's dream of a top three spot.

  14. FULL-TIMEpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 26 April

    Harrogate 1-3 Notts County

Excellent result for Notts County as those two second-half Conor Grant goals wrap up their first win in five games.

Crucially they open up a six-point cushion in their bid to secure a play-off spot.

While they will have a close eye on events at Walsall's match with Accrington. If the faltering Saddlers fail to win, Notts would still have a very outside chance of a top-three spot on the final day.

  15. MK Dons honour club legend Lewingtonpublished at 14:58 British Summer Time 26 April

We have to give a mention to MK Dons stalwart Dean Lewington who starts and captains the side in his final game at Stadium MK.

It will be his first game since November and 916th in total - some effort!

Lewington, 41, began his career with Wimbledon FC and stayed with them when they made the move to Milton Keynes in 2004.

He has confirmed that he will retire from playing at the end of the season and this afternoon's game against Grimsby Town has been named Dean Lewington Day as a show of respect.

Lewington was involved in many of the club's biggest moments, winning the EFL Trophy at Wembley in 2008, beating Manchester United 4-0 in the League Cup in 2014 and winning promotion to the Championship in 2015.

You can read more about Lewington's amazing career here.

  16. Lucky 13 for Walsall?published at 14:56 British Summer Time 26 April

    Walsall v Accrington (15:00 BST)

At one stage this season, Walsall were 12 points clear at the summit of League Two.

They come into today's game without a win in 12, and while a play-off place is already secured, results earlier mean that the Saddlers are playing for third at best.

They could end the day there, though, if they can put Stanley away. That would leave matters in their own hands with a trip to Crewe on the agenda for the final day of the season.

Accrington also aren't exactly in fine form, with just one win in eight themselves.

Entering injury-time last Monday, Accrington were safe. But a last-minute equaliser from Carlisle just about keeps Stanley in reach for the Cumbrians, though John Doolan's men do have a far superior goal difference.

A point today will be enough, whatever Mark Hughes' side manage at Cheltenham Town.

  17. Match point Tranmere in survival battlepublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 26 April

Andy Crosby took over as interim manager of Tranmere in February

We are just over 24 hours away from what everyone expects to be a Premier League title party on Merseyside.

But on the other side of the Mersey estuary, Tranmere face a potentially decisive afternoon in their season.

Win at home to Crewe and they will guarantee their survival in League Two after a fraught campaign.

They had won their last three home games before a 3-0 loss to Doncaster on Good Friday but a run of two points from three games, coupled with Carlisle's fine form, means they still have work to do.

Four points ahead of the Blues, a home game against a mid-table side, admittedly one with an outside chance of the play-offs, is their first match point to get the job done.

Their build-up to this game was not helped yesterday with news that Sam Finley has been given a 13-game for making a homophobic slur in a match against Walsall.

The midfielder has been a feature in the team since breaking into it in October.

  18. Carlisle hoping and praying for one more chancepublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham v Carlisle (15:00 BST)

Carlisle begin the day four points adrift of safety so they have no margin for error.

Defeat at Cheltenham and they will be relegated to the National League for the first time since 2005.

One thing in their favour today is their form - 10 points from a possible 12 as Mark Hughes' side have to get the job done in Gloucestershire in bettering Tranmere's result.

Then it will be all eyes on Prenton Park and the Whites' home game with Crewe and to a lesser extent, Accrington's trip to Walsall.

It promises to be a nervous afternoon for the 1,000 Carlisle fans who have trekked down the M6 and M5 for this one.

They're just hoping they can take their survival prospects to a final game at Brunton Park next Saturday.

  19. League Two - bottom of tablepublished at 14:51 British Summer Time 26 April

Carlisle will be relegated if they lose at Cheltenham.

Carlisle would also be relegated if Tranmere win at home to Crewe and Accrington avoid defeat at Walsall.

If Carlisle draw and Tranmere lose, Mark Hughes' team would still have a chance of avoiding relegation in the final game.

  20. Crunch time for Crawleypublished at 14:50 British Summer Time 26 April

    Crawley v Northampton (15:00 BST)

Things are hanging in the balance for Crawley Town. They need to beat Northampton today to ensure that they live to fight another day.

If they do not do so, their fate lies in the hands of Burton Albion. Many of the supporters around Broadfield Stadium will have their phones in hand, keeping up to date with what's happening at the Pirelli and hoping.

Meanwhile, they face a side who have been there and done that when it comes to exiting the relegation fight but Northampton Town are still only four places above them on the table and by now, with nothing left to play for aside from pride.

Can Crawley rise to the challenge or will they crumble under the weight of all that lingering hope at Broadfield?
