  1. Postpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 2-1 Carlisle

Referee Tom Nield is the subject of the Carlisle fans' ire after that first-half penalty.

They are appealing for everything and when Matty Dennis goes down, they are screaming but nothing doing.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

Cambridge make a change in response to those reds.

Liam Bennett's 100th start sees an early end after he's replaced by Elias Kachunga.

  3. Postpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 2-1 Carlisle

An opportunity for the home side at the start of this second period as Jordan Thomas releases fellow goalscorer Ashley Hay, but his effort is straight at Gabe Breeze.

There may be more chances as Carlisle push forward searching for goals.

  4. 'Not high on quality, but high on drama'published at 16:10 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

    Mark Johnson
    BBC Radio Cambridgeshire commentator

It was interesting first half which wasn't high on quality, but instead high on drama.

With it being 10 against 10 it will definitely open up the second half, it is not usual to have 45 minutes where the main action wasn't the football but instead the cards.

It hasn't been a great advert for the game, but it was never going to be.

  5. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:09 British Summer Time 26 April

    Crawley 1-0 Northampton

    CRAWLEY COULD HAVE HAD ANOTHER!

Jeremy Kelly rattles the underside of the crossbar and it bounces on the line before Northampton set off on the counter.

Dara Costelloe takes aim but the Northampton forward's strike is not as threatening as the one they've just been against and is easily saved.

  6. Carlisle permutationspublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 2-1 Carlisle

Mark Hughes' side resume this half needing THREE goals to go in their favour.

Either they score TWO to win at Cheltenham and Crewe score ONE to draw at Tranmere.

Or they score ONE to draw at Cheltenham and Crewe score TWO to win at Tranmere.

  7. SECOND HALFpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time 26 April

    #bbcefl

The bell is tolling very loudly for Cambridge in League One and Carlisle in League Two.

They are 45 minutes away from the worst feeling in football... relegation.

Can they prolong their survival hopes?

  8. League Two half-time updatepublished at 15:56 British Summer Time 26 April

    #bbcefl

The race for the final play-off is the talk of the League Two town away from our main games.

Salford are in pole position as it stands, 3-0 up at fellow chasers Colchester United. That score sees the Ammies leapfrog the Essex club, and Grimsby Town on goal difference. Dave Artell's side are being held at MK Dons 0-0.

Here are the rest of the fourth tier scores at the interval:

    Barrow 1-0 Bromley

    Chesterfield 1-0 Morecambe

    Fleetwood 0-0 Newport County

    Gillingham 0-0 Swindon

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:56 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

No breakthrough between Burton and Cambridge yet but plenty to talk about after both sides see a dismissal in added time.

Cambridge's Ryan Loft was the first to be sent up the tunnel for violent conduct in an off-the-ball skirmish, while Burton lost JJ McKiernan after the Brewers man was shown a second yellow a minute after Loft's departure.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 2-1 Carlisle

Matty Dennis' opener had given Carlisle hope, but those goals from Jordan Thomas from the penalty spot and then from Ashley Hay have turned the match in Cheltenham's favour.

Carlisle must find something special, miraculous, Jimmy Glass-esque in the second half.

  11. League One half-time updatepublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 26 April

    #bbcefl

The big news outside of our featured games is that Stockport's faint hopes of finishing second and being automatically promoted are being extinguished at home to Lincoln, who lead 2-0 at Edgeley Park.

Here's how the rest of the division looks at the break:

    Barnsley 0-1 Shrewsbury

    Exeter 1-1 Huddersfield

    Peterborough 1-1 Bolton

    Wigan 1-0 Blackpool

  12. RED CARD FOR BURTONpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

    It's raining red!

A minute after Cambridge are reduced to 10, Burton even up the men on the field as JJ McKiernan receives his second booking for some in-the-air misbehaviour against a busy Burton keeper Jack Stevens.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 26 April

    Tranmere 1-0 Crewe

Regardless of what is going on with Carlisle, Tranmere are doing their job.

Tom Davies' header will be enough to secure survival, whatever happens at Cheltenham.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 26 April

    Walsall 0-1 Accrington

The Saddlers could get back in the saddle for automatic promotion this afternoon, but Stanley are proving a tricky hurdle thus far.

Ben Woods' lovely opener is the difference. Stanley are guaranteed to be safe, Walsall will need to wait to the final day.

  15. 'Carlisle need a big turn around'published at 15:50 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 2-1 Carlisle

    Peter Matthews
BBC Radio Gloucestershire's Cheltenham Town commentator

The referee is having a word with the Carlisle bench.

Carlisle are really are not happy with this referee and are going to need a big turn around in the second half.

  16. RED CARD FOR CAMBRIDGEpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

That's a big knock for the visitors.

Ryan Loft gets into a scuffle with Udoka Godwin-Malife and the U's man sees red, literally.

Cambridge down to 10-men in a game they need to win.

  17. goal

GOAL: Cheltenham 2-1 Carlislepublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 26 April

    Ashley Hay (45 mins)

The trapdoor is looming very large for National League football for Carlisle United.

Ashley Hay gets round the back of the defence and onto a loose ball and with Gabe Breeze out of his goal, he lifts it over him into the net.

A bad 15 minutes for Breeze. A very bad 15 minutes for the Blues.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 26 April

    Crawley 1-0 Northampton

Rushian Hepburn-Murphy puts Crawley in front in a vital game for the hosts.

  19. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:45 British Summer Time 26 April

    Burton 0-0 Cambridge

The Brewers think James Gibbons' sliding tackle isn't fair game and would like a penalty for it.

But sadly for them, the referee doesn't agree.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:44 British Summer Time 26 April

    Cheltenham 1-1 Carlisle

A big, big chance for Matty Dennis to restore Carlisle's lead.

He is through on goal. Can he slot it past Joe Day for a second time?

No, he fires over the top!
