The marshals have done their job with clearing the stricken Ferrari after Charles Leclerc's Turn 15 prang. The Italian Grand Prix winner will have to sit out the rest of this first practice session, along with Esteban Ocon over at Alpine, which now has 25 minutes left.
Leclerc has had a crash, which is not great, but this is the least bad time to have a crash - as long as he doesn't do it again in free practice it won't harm him too much.

Well, a busy morning in morning already. Sky Sports has said the piece of debris that caused the red flag possibly came from Franco Colapinto's Williams.
At the top of the timesheets, Charles Leclerc is quickest with a 1:46.608 from the Red Bull of Max Verstappen and the Mercedes of George Russell. All cars are running the medium tyres.

Esteban Ocon is experiencing some difficulties in the Alpine. The Frenchman says he has lost power and is slowly making his way back to the garage. He arrives safely and the crew get to work assessing the problem.
Meanwhile, a yellow flag is waved down at Turn Seven. Carlos Sainz needs to do a spot of reserving in order to manoeuvre his Ferrari out of trouble after locking up before the corner.

Lawrence Stroll unveiled the latest piece in his Aston Martin puzzle on Tuesday: Formula 1 design genius Adrian Newey.
The 65-year-old's new contract carries the title of managing technical partner and is said to be worth up to a possible £30m a year.
Newey, who negotiated an early exit from his Red Bull contract in April, has also become an Aston Martin shareholder.
Stroll said the money paid out for Newey is a "bargain" and added he has "never been more certain" about a decision he made during 30 years in business.
"It is relatively inexpensive for everything Adrian brings," the Canadian billionaire said.

There was a brief yellow flag in sector one but looks like a driver has just taken a short trip to the escape road before the track goes green again. It was the Sauber of Valtteri Bottas, who executes a smooth move to back himself out of trouble.
Lewis Hamilton is a medium runner and is top of the timesheets 1:47.618, but the Mercedes man has highlighted the same issue with his seat his been struggling with for the past few races - it's very hot.
Fresh test for the rookiespublished at 10:37 British Summer Time 13 September

Franco Colapinto, himself a short-term stand-in over at Williams, has a rookie friend on the grid this weekend in Oliver Bearman.
The Argentine has taken the place of Logan Sargeant for the remainder of the season and passed his first test last time out in Italy, finishing a respectable 12th place and avoiding any costly prangs or damage.
Colapinto has never raced in Baku, while teenager Bearman has won twice at the street circuit in Formula 2.
"From the outside, it was a very clean weekend. On the inside, I hit the wall every single session," said Bearman. "So I'm going to be trying to tone that down a little bit. And yeah, just have a clean weekend and enjoy it as well."
For newbie Colapinto, his goal on the challenging track is to "build up slowly".
He added: "I haven't been on many street tracks, but I hope to have done enough prep in the simulator and to have worked really hard with the team to done enough to be on the pace quick."
Charles Leclerc, he has had three poles in a row here - he is my favourite for pole again and maybe even the win this weekend. It should be a very competitive weekend. Red Bull - who knows what form they are going to show.
