Team-mate Hamish Turnbull is still at the top of the standings with 14 riders to come.
England's Georgina Schwiening finished down in 11th place in the women's marathon on Saturday over 12 minutes and 30 seconds down on Australian winner Jessica Stenson but it looks like she still enjoyed her run and the ups and downs on the 26-mile course around Birmingham.

Scotland's Alistair Fielding goes third for now with a time of 10.020 seconds.
Only two men have dipped under 10 seconds so far, but there are some high quality athletes still to come - including the new keirin champion Nicholas Paul.
Hamish Turnbull of England still leads.

Wow England's James Hall has his sights on gold after yet another stunning routine, this time scoring 13.300 on the rings.
He is is second after three rounds on 41.000 points behind Scotland's Pavel Karenjenko on 41.6000. Although the Scot has already visited the high-scoring pommel horse.

England's team sprint silver medallist Hamish Turnbull has set the early pace in qualifying for the individual event.
It's a 200m flying lap and Turnbull went round in 9.790 seconds. His team-mate Ryan Owens is third at the moment.
There are still 21 riders to go, and the top 16 will progress.

That routine from James Hall was a great job. He is top of the rankings due to that pommel horse routine.
As we get to the middle of the rotations we will see what is going to happen but I just have a feeling it is really going to be close. Pavel Karnejenko's ring routine is one of his best pieces of apparatus.
As a gymnast you need to make the most of those.

First up on the track today we've got the men's sprint qualifying.
Fresh from his keirin silver last night, Jack Carlin is joined by fellow Scot Ali Fielding, while Ryan Owens, Hamish Turnbull and Hayden Norris are flying the St George for England.
There are 27 riders taking part in qualis, with the top 16 ranked progressing to the 1/8 finals.

However, with Chad le Clos, Duncan Scott, Tatjana Schoenmaker in action those races will be well worth a watch, in what has turned out to be a very fast pool.

Nick came to the cycling at the London 2012 Olympics, and is delighted to be back at the velodrome a decade on. He's looking forward to hearing the crescendo of noise that follows the riders around the track again.
I hope the person sat behind him is tall to see over that hat!

It was fluid start. The pommel horse is something that you need to be able to relax on. There was a bit of separation in the middle but it was a good solid routine from Jake Jarman.

Scotland's Pavel Karnejenko is up into first after a brilliant score on the rings is added to his pommel horse total to take him up to 27.300.
He's only just ahead of Cyprus' Marios Georgiou who has 26.950 after two rounds.
Oh wait a minute, England's Jake Jarman has just gone ahead of both of them with a brilliant routine on the pommel horse. He has a combined 27.350 points.

England’s David Ellis (guide Luke Pollard), the world number one and four-time world and European champion, will be the man to topple in Birmingham. He has won 25 of the 34 races listed on World Triathlon’s website dating back to 2013.
Oscar Kelly (guide Charlie Harding) and 45-year-old veteran Iain Dawson (guide Duncan Shea Simmonds), who set an Ironman world record in 2019 also go for England.
Rhys Jones (guide Rhys James) races for Wales and 18 year-old Oliver Gunning for Northern Ireland. Gunning was told he would never be able to ride a bike, learn to swim, drive a car or play any type of competitive sport but after 28 operations and a fierce drive to succeed, he lines up at the Commonwealth Games.
Northern Irish twins Chloe MacCombe (guide Catherine Sands) and Judith MacCombe (guide Anne Paul) are both Irish champions and go in the women's final. Scotland’s Alison Peasgood (guide Hazel MacLeod) won a silver at the 2016 Paralympics.
England are represented by 18-year-old prodigy Katie Crowhurst, 18, (guide Jessica Fullagar) and Melissa Reid, 31 (guide Grace France).
Those races get going just after 11:00 BST.

Another busy morning here with qualification and the early rounds of the men's sprint, men's tandem B sprint and men's 15km scratch race coming up.
It may be 9:30 on a Sunday morning but the DJ's already bringing the tunes from track centre. Have to say, I've been a big fan of her playlist over the past few days - head boppin' central.
