Men's fours semi-finals
Northern Ireland and Wales are putting on a fine display for the fans in their men's fours semi-final with absolutely no quarter given.
Wales finally created a bit of breathing space, picking up four shots in two ends to go 8-4 up, only for Northern Ireland to respond with a three in the eighth end to bring it back to 8-7.
England have it all to do now in their semi-final if they are to stem the tide against India, who have picked up six shots without reply to move 9-8 up with four ends to play.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
After a frantic opening the pace of the game finally slows and we have two short minutes without any drama.
England are back up to 11 now with Sophie Hamilton's green-card suspension coming to an end.
Women's triples gold medal match
'Come on, Nat! Come on, Nat!' yells Sian Honnor as Natalie Chestney's blue bowl hits the yellow jack.
Every effort at this point is make or break for the two sides contesting this gold-medal match.
The crowd are hushed into silence as England's Honnor steps up after Azlina Arshad of Malaysia's deep attempt.
Women’s 1m springboard final
This final cracks along at a fair pace, with Scotland's Clara Kerr scoring 50.40 with her opening inward one-and-a-half somersault.
Defending champ and team-mate Grace Reid opens with a back 1.5 somersaults and that's slick but only scored 49.45. A huge cheer as England's Amy Rollinson kicks off her set with a score of 57.60 to take the early lead!
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
Opportunity now for England as New Zealand's Rose Tynan gets a 10-minute yellow for tackling while going to ground.
But their player advantage doesn't last long as Sophie Hamilton is shown a green for kicking the ball away to break up a NZ counter.

That was brave. That was a real shot to glory and that could be a real turning point for England.
England 12-9 Malaysia, after end 13.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
England are inches away from taking the lead.
The pace of Ellie Rayer sees her reach the byeline, dragging the ball back to Holly Hunt, but her slap cannons off the side netting when she should be hitting the target from close range.
Women's freestyle 62kg
Huge disappointment for Scotland's Abbie Fountain who misses out on bronze after Nigeria's Esther Kolawole wins in around 20 seconds.
Kolawole is in tears after winning. Fountain will bounce back from this. She's 18 and has a bright future ahead of her.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
England's Maddie Hinch to the rescue as she double-saves a short corner and is up again for the rebound.
The Black Sticks are relentless right now at the University of Birmingham.
Women's triples gold medal match
Big moment for England.
Skip Sian Honnor plays a peach of an effort which leaves team-mates Jamie-Lea Winch and Natalie Chestney in raptures.
The umpires are out, the measuring tape is being put to work...
It's a four! Sensational stuff from the English trio after end 13.
12-9 to the host nation now.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
New Zealand have their first opportunity with a penalty corner but England are quick running one and two, getting to the strike and blocking the ball with a long, flat stick.
Already you can feel the tension in the air.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
Lily Owsley strike from top d goes agonisingly wide of the left post. England look up for this and the crowd are right behind them.
Women's 1m springboard final
There's never been a crowd who can clap in time at any sporting or musical event yet Katie and they're not going to start now...
Terrific noise in Sandwell again though as the divers are introduced. Grace Reid was the first Scottish female diver to win a Commonwealth medal when she took gold on the Gold Coast, while Aussie Georgia Sheehan won the 3m event four years ago.
It's five dives each in this one, with the judges' scores multiplied by the difficulty of the dive. As I'm sure you knew.

New Zealand's travelling fans have come to the hockey in force.
The defending champions get a big cheer as their section stands up in the stands.
It's not as loud as the welcome for England, obviously.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
Straight from the start England win a penalty corner. The first chance.
Women's freestyle 57kg
Lovely scenes at the medal ceremony in Coventry as gold medal winner Odunayo Adekuoroye sings a victory song as she receives her gold medal. She cannot stop smiling as Nigeria's national anthem is belted out in Coventry. This means everything to her.
Women's hockey: England 0-0 New Zealand
Here we go. New Zealand push back. They don't pass to England from the start...
Men's fours semi-finals
It's all or nothing for Wales skip Jonathan Tomlinson today, who has put them 7-4 up against Northern Ireland after taking a three in the sixth end.
That follows a couple of twos in the first and fourth ends.
Northern Ireland have always bounced back well though, let's see how they respond.
Meanwhile, India are refusing to let England get away from them in the other men's fours semi-final, picking up four shots in three ends to reduce their lead to 8-7 with five ends to play.
DONG! DONG! DONG! DONG! DONG! DONG!
(That's the sound of Big Ben - or your local church - striking six o'clock.)
It's also the perfect time for us to recap the headlines from day eight at Birmingham 2022:
