Big, big smile from Zharnel Hughes - he's clearly enjoying himself and making the most of the turbo boost the home crowd gives him around the bend.

Defending champion Jereem Richards, however, matched Hughes' performance in the third semi-final.

That's going to be quite a head to head in the final.

It looks like all the experience of Martin McHugh and Ian McClure has put Northern Ireland on the brink of another gold-medal match as they extend their advantage over Wales to 17-9 with one end remaining.

It all got a little bit too much for India's Sakshi Malik on the wrestling podium in Coventry. She missed out on the Olympics last year after injury but came up with the goods to take gold. After being presented with her medal, she could not hold back the tears.

Yes you read that right. Martin McHugh and Ian McClure won gold at the Commonwealth Games 24 years ago.

They are two wins away from repeating the feat nearly a quarter of a century later.

Indeed their team-mate Sam Barkley was not even born when they did it last.

Biggest roar of the night for Matty Lee and Noah Williams as they are introduced to the crowd.

As you may remember, Olympic champion Lee was on 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here' late last year, during which he said his mental health nosedived without his usual routine.

But after winning the British title with new dive partner Williams earlier this year, Lee declared his morale was “completely back”. Good to hear.

Six dives each stand between these six pairs of men and Commonwealth gold.

England took gold and silver four years ago but Noah Williams is the only returning diver of the four tonight. All set?
