    Cavan 0-15 Cork 0-19

Cathail O'Mahony has hit Cork's last two points to keep their tally rising. Cavan are huffing and puffing but with less than 10 minutes to go their efforts may be in vain. Down need to stay ahead and for Cavan to earn a comeback win which in all likelihood would see the Mournemen surviving although it would come down to points difference. Get your maths heads on folks.

Rory Beggan with his second two-point free. Down are still six ahead and now need to stay ahead and hope that Cavan can come back to beat Cork at Breffni Park. The last we heard, Cavan were trailing the Rebel County by five points after being three down for a brief period.
