    Martin Kaymer, eh. The German will take a six-shot lead into the third round after carding the best 36-hole score in US Open history. Indeed, it was the first time in 154 years of the majors that a player had opened with two 65s or better. At 10 under, Kaymer has certainly set the pace and the rest must now try to catch him if they can.
