It's still Gunn, slightly mechanical action, as if she is being controlled by a puppeteer, with the Windies' search for a boundary now up to 22 deliveries. 'Better Off Alone' plays in the Himalayas. Who was it who did that?
Ban 31-2 (7 overs)
Rebecca Grundy brings her left-arm tweakers into the attack for the first time. Taylor, still not sure whether it's time for breakfast or a haircut, is again tentative. England have slowed the scoring since the powerplay.

"One of my favourite quotes is from Mike Tyson and it's 'You've always got a plan until you get punched in the face.' You've always got to be able to react."
Medium-pacer Jenny Gunn is into the attack, her meds will come on to the bat slower than Brunt and Shrubsole. Fielders go back at the end of the powerplay, more opportunity for singles. Taylor, struggling, goes 10 balls without scoring before finally moving to three.

Michael Blighe: There's a scene in Stella Street The Movie where Mick Jagger, Jack Nicholson and Al Pacino swing the bat.
Alex Norton: You can't go wrong with Fire in Babylon and Lagaan is a great cricket Bollywood film.
Quintyne is coming at Brunt, earning back-to-back boundaries. In going to 22, Quintyne reaches her highest score in T20 internationals. I've just thought of another - The Waugh of the Worlds. End of the powerplay. The Windies will be reasonably pleased.
Here's the wicket that has fallen in Delhi...

"Shrubsole's length has been impeccable - back of a length, slow off the pitch. It's not the easiest pitch, especially when it's staying low."
Yes, Jonny! That's the one I'm talking about. What cricketing films could they make? The Warne Identity? The (Fred) Trueman Show? Still Shrubsole, Stafanie Taylor getting slightly tangled as she tries to play around he pad. A maiden.
Elsewhere, Bangladesh are 16-1 against Pakistan. Have a look at this first boundary from that match...
Nice from Quintyne, advancing at Brunt to loft over mid-on for four. It's a sluggish deck, so expect plenty of dancing from the batters. Urgh, not good from Brunt, down the leg side and tickled for four.
Also, wasn't Brett Lee in a Bollywood film recently? And Fred Trueman was in an episode of Dad's Army.

"West Indies haven't got the pace of the pitch yet - the ball is coming aerially for their shots. It could be an advantage for England to have played here previously."
On the subject of cricketing films, didn't they play cricket in The Beach? I think that is what started Leonardo DiCaprio's love affair with the game. He's a decent bat DiCaprio. Left-hander, strong on the cut. His off-breaks aren't great, though. Anya Shrubsole into the attack, Quintyne would have been run out had Jenny Gunn's throw hit.

"You could see how frustrated Mathews was - she nearly smashed her stumps down with her bat. She was angry and so she should be."
Shaquana Quintyne is in at three for the Windies. Katherine Brunt completes a wicket maiden.
Matthews c Sciver b Brunt 9 (WI 9-1)
Gone! Katherine Brunt has the wicket with her fourth ball, striking an early blow for England. Mathews is held at mid-wicket by Nat Sciver.
