The Mighty Mojo: Turned away from the football to get a weather update, and there's a Placebo reference! Can't say you don't care about us......

One point to you. Cherish it, because I don't go handing them out willy-nilly.

In terms of India-Pakistan contests, it's already been a good day for Pakistan. Earlier on in Delhi, they shocked the hosts with a two-run win on the Duckworth-Lewis method in a game ended by rain. That result is probably good news for England too.

"There is an inspection right now. I would be amazed if they don’t get under way relatively soon and try and get a full game in."

And, as always, without you I am nothing (one point if you can name the band). Text 81111, tweet using the hashtag #bbccricket, external or email tms@bbc.co.uk. I'd particularly like to hear your tales of cricketing rivalry. Did you score the winning runs, or cost your team dear? It might be finally winning on the back garden, or beating the Aussies on the beach.

Ex-England batter on BBC Test Match Special

"I have been to the Colosseum, imagined what it is like to be filled, and I think this is the closest in cricketing terms to experiencing it."

"The place is packed, around 50,000 people already in. They have been streaming in for about three hours because this is the hottest ticket in town."

As you can see from Charles Dagnall's tweet, there are still plenty of covers on the Kolkata outfield. It will take a little while to get those off. I've heard some rumours of the start being delayed by as much as an hour. There's hope that's a pessimistic outlook.

Want to know a little more about the chaos, excitement and number of people around Eden Gardens for this match? The media were told to turn up at 15:30 local time. The match was scheduled to begin at 19:30. That's four hours early!

There is, however, one fly in the Kolkata ointment. It's been raining. Hard. The covers have only been pulled off in the last half an hour or so, so we're looking at a delayed start. Not that it's stopping a near-70,000 crowd having a right old knees-up. Deafening out there.

And, if it's possible, this one comes with even more spice. After an extraordinary defeat by New Zealand on the opening day, India could be pushed close to the exit door at the own party if they lose today.

Thing is, Pakistan have never beaten India in 10 matches at a World T20 or a World up.

Not just a sporting contest, but an event to stop two nations. Not just a fixture in the World Twenty20, but a matter of national pride. Not just something on the telly, but an appointment for a billion people to watch.

Not just a cricket match. India v Pakistan.

I think we can all agree that this is the most fierce sporting rivalry of them all.
