Stumps - day threepublished at 19:03 British Summer Time 12 April 2016

So, that's the end of the third day of the 2016 County Championship season.
It's been a day dominated by the news of James Taylor's retirement, but we've also seen plenty of good stuff on the field.
Ian Bell hit a century for Warwickshire along with Arun Harinath for Surrey, while Essex closed in on victory against Gloucestershire.
There were also three washouts at New Road, Wantage Road and Chester-le-Street.
Join us against tomorrow from 10:55 BST where we'll have live text commentary and ball-by-ball radio coverage from day four.
Have a good evening!
