Are you out and about today? Do let me know, particularly if you're watching some school or club cricket. In fact, send me a pic of the game you're at - even if it's raining. What's the best non-cricket happening out there?

No news, I'm afraid. We've been off since before lunch, almost 90 minutes. Not only do we need the rain to go away, but also to complete a fairly hefty clean-up operation.

Hugh Moxon: That rain was so heavy you'd think that all of Sri Lanka was doing the rain dance.
There's a tiny chink of light somewhere there - between 15:00 and 16:00...

Guisborough Phil: It's brightened up in my bit of North Leeds. Crack on, lads.
There are first signs activity in the middle, the groundstaff just beginning the clear up operation. There is a lot of water on the covers, with a chugging super sopper trying to remove it. Just off the covers, there are some puddles. Even if it has stopped raining (and we're not sure that it has), the clean-up will take a little while.

BBC Test Match Special
"I think the rain has stopped. But the forecast for the rest of the day is not superb."
There is no sign of a restart. The sky remains pretty gloomy above Headingley. We're going to put our commentary on hold and return once the rain lets up and the action begins. See you soon (hopefully).

The latest Stumped podcast takes you inside the mind of an international cricketer.
England bowler Steve Finn reveals the "happy place" he visits in his mind before running in to bowl, IPL coach Paddy Upton on why leadership is the most important aspect of any team environment, plus a celebration of household cricket games.

Josh Hurst: Maybe a few regrets enforcing the follow-on. Stokes injured, Broad not in rhythm and Finn just not right for this pitch.
Geoffrey Boycott
Ex-England batsman on BBC Test Match Special
"Everything is saying you should be able to bowl Sri Lanka out again for 130, but it doesn't always work like that. It's the same pitch and conditions, but it doesn't always follow."

Francis Edwards: I know England are winning and doing very well, but collapses and drops are something they REALLY need to improve on quickly.
This would have been a very nice way for England finish the first session. Unfortunately, James Vince couldn't hold on. England are a formidable Test side, but catching remains an issue...
