  1. wicket

    WICKET Kohler-Cadmore (b Norwell 18)published at 16:13 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Worcestershire 439 & 126-4 v Gloucestershire 364-6 dec

Tom Kohler-Cadmore scored a career-best 169 in the first innings, but there is to be no repeat today as Liam Norwell bowls him in the first over after tea.

Worcestershire's lead is past 200, but they'll want plenty more just to be safe. Ross Whiteley joins Alexei Kervezee at the crease.

  2. Losing track of timepublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Middlesex 467-3 dec v Hampshire 131 & 68-3 (f/o)

I'm a fool. This week's staggered starts have left me confused! The game at Northwood of course is on day three, so Middlesex have 40 overs today and 96 tomorrow to try and bowl Hampshire out.

Thanks to Gerry on Twitter for pointing me in the right direction there!

  3. Things looking better at Northantspublished at 16:03 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Northants 444 & 75-5 v Essex 640

BBC Radio Northampton's Alex Winter has the latest from Wantage Road...

  4. Back under way at Northwoodpublished at 16:01 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Middlesex 467-3 dec v Hampshire 131 & 62-3 (f/o)

Middlesex seamer Tim Murtagh takes the ball as his side looks for seven wickets in 40 overs.

A tough ask, but overhead conditions are decent for bowling.

Jimmy Adams and Liam Dawson will need all their experience for Hampshire here.

  5. Tea at Headingleypublished at 15:57 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Yorkshire 308 & 236 v Lancashire 196 & 21-0 - Target 349

Lancashire go to tea unscathed as Haseeb Hameed and Tom Smith see out a tricky eight overs.

Still a long way to go though - the Red Rose need another 328 to win. Yorkshire still favourites.

    Your television show XI

I've just been contacted by BBC Radio Kent's Matt Cole - who says he needed something to do to pass the time at Canterbury because it's "freezing" there.

So he's come up with some players who could go into our television show XI.

    Here goes...

    Dragon's Denly

    The Bill-ings

    Sean Dickson of Dock Green

    Hunn Born Every Minute

And what he describes as the slightly terrifying

  7. Tea at New Roadpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Worcestershire 439 & 121-3 v Gloucestershire 364-6 dec

Worcestershire are in a healthy position at tea on day three with Alexei Kervezee (36 not out) and Tom Kohler-Cadmore (18 not out) extending their lead to 196.

32 overs remain at New Road today plus 96 tomorrow. If they get all of those in, we could be in for a cracking finish.

  8. Solid start for Lancashirepublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Yorkshire 308 & 236 v Lancashire 196 & 16-0 - Target 349

Haseeb Hameed and Tom Smith have made sure there are no early alarms for Lancashire in their pursuit of a big target.

The pair have batted for seven overs in diminishing light, but have resisted everything Yorkshire's pacemen, Tim Bresnan and Steven Patterson, have thrown at them.

Will Headingley escape the showers approaching from the east?

  9. Play to start at 16:00published at 15:38 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Middlesex 467-3 dec v Hampshire 131 & 62-3 (f/o)

Well, this has come as a bit of a surprise after the amount of rain they've had in Greater London today.

They're going to start at Northwood in about 20 minutes with 40 overs left for Middlesex to get the remaining seven Hampshire wickets.

However, BBC Radio London's Kevin Hand is not sure they'll get that long.

  10. NOTTINGHAMSHIRE DRAW WITH DURHAMpublished at 15:27 British Summer Time 31 May 2016
    Breaking

    Nottinghamshire 534 & 289-5 v Durham 447

Here's our first casualty of this rainy Tuesday - the match is over at Trent Bridge.

With no sign of the weather improving and little chance of a result, the umpires decide enough is enough at tea.

Both sides take 12 points from the encounter and Brendan Taylor takes with him a match to remember. The former Zimbabwe skipper scored two hundreds.

  11. News from Northwoodpublished at 15:23 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Middlesex 467-3 dec v Hampshire 131 & 62-3 (f/o)

BBC Radio London's Kevin Hand with the latest from Middlesex. I'm not feeling too confident about this one.

It's still a pretty damp scene at many of our grounds. The rain has stopped at Canterbury where Kent are playing Leicestershire, but they're taking an early tea because the light is too poor to start.

Rain is still delaying final day proceedings between Middlesex and Hampshire, Northants and Essex and at Trent Bridge between Notts and Durham.

There is no news on restarts in any of these games I'm afraid to say.

  14. Lancashire require 349 to winpublished at 15:12 British Summer Time 31 May 2016
    Breaking

    Yorkshire 308 & 236 v Lancashire 196

That's the tricky target facing the Red Rose county as Luke Procter brings Yorkshire's second innings to a close by bowling Jack Brooks for five.

Lancashire will need to chase the highest score of the match to win, but we all know what happened at Taunton yesterday!

The weather may still play a part today - it looks like some rain is on the way to Headingley.

  15. wicket

WICKET Mitchell (c Marshall b Miles 55)published at 15:08 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Worcestershire 439 & 82-3 v Gloucestershire 364-6 dec

Ah, sorry Daryl, my fault. Just as I said he was starting to look good, the Worcestershire captain is caught by Hamish Marshall off Craig Miles for 55.

First-innings centurion Tom Kohler-Cadmore is the new man in the middle.

  16. 50 runs

Daryl Mitchell hits fiftypublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Worcestershire 439 & 78-2 v Gloucestershire 364-6 dec

Worcestershire skipper Daryl Mitchell has endured a tough time with the bat so far this season, but the opener is finding his feet today.

He brings up his second half-century of 2016 off just 57 balls.

    Worcestershire lead by 157.

  17. SUSSEX BEAT DERBYSHIRE BY 10 WICKETSpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 31 May 2016
    Breaking

    Sussex 447-8 dec v Derbyshire 150 & 307

Sussex reach their target of 11 in just three balls. It's the Hove side's first victory of the season in a game they dominated from start to finish.

Derbyshire have one of the country's form players in Shiv Thakor, but they've been thoroughly outclassed in this one.

  18. 50 runs

Fifty and out for Liam Plunkettpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Yorkshire 308 & 221-9 v Lancashire 196

    Liam PlunkettImage source, Getty Images

Liam Plunkett is in some form with the bat for Yorkshire this summer. The 31-year-old brings up his second half-century of the season with a four off Simon Kerrigan.

He then follows it up with a maximum, but two balls later is caught at deep cover by Alviro Petersen for 57.

  19. rain stops play
