What a catch that was. That is a brilliant, brilliant catch - she has just scooped it up before landing. If you're Hayley Matthews, you're going to feel a bit unlucky.

Lauren Winfield is often in the slips and gully area - she does a lot of work in that area with the coach Ali Maiden.

    Matthews c Winfield b Sciver 9 (WI 12-1)

What a catch! Matthews cuts and Lauren Winfield takes an absolute blinder at gully, just getting her fingers under the ball! So thankfully that drop in the previous over didn't cost England much.

Matthews looked a little bit hurried and Katherine Brunt banging it in resulted in Matthews looking quite uncomfortable. She didn't get her arms extended and it was more of a short-arm jab.

  4. dropped catch

Matthews dropped on 8published at 3 overs

    WI 10-0

Matthews lofts Brunt wide of mid-on, Laura Marsh runs round and sticks a hand out for what would be a spectacular one-handed catch... she does get a hand to it but the ball doesn't stick. Harsh for Marsh - but we have to put that down as a chance. Quintyne gets an inside edge, and the ball dribbles down to fine leg for one.

Good running from the West Indies - that is an area they can improve on and something in which England have set a good example.

  6. WI 8-0published at 2 overs

    Matthews 8, Quintyne 0

Medium-pacer Natalie Sciver will share the opening attack, there's no slip but a gully is in place, plus captain Heather Knight at a fairly short extra cover. Matthews cuts a two down to Laura Marsh at third man, a slightly sharper throw - perhaps with the bullet-like arm of a Brunt or a Wyatt - might have had Matthews struggling to make her ground. Undaunted, Matthews steers another two, this time through mid-wicket. A single means the teenager has scored all of West Indies' runs. Quintyne, facing for the first time, picks out Tammy Beaumont at square leg as she tries to open her account.

A good start from Katherine Brunt, trying to make West Indies play from every ball and meaning there are more dismissal options.

  8. WI 3-0published at 1 over

Hayley Matthews gets West Indies going with a two off her legs, but Brunt then raps her on the pad as she attempts a straight drive, it's a big shout from the bowler, looks close... but umpire Gregory Brathwaite isn't interested. The reprieved Matthews steals the strike with a single off the last ball.

Batting first will be the best time to bat today. But England are willing to take chases deeper into the game and win it in overs 40-50. West Indies, the other day, looked like they wanted to try to win it from overs 20-20.

England have showed a bit more nous in how they've adapted to these conditions. After the first game, they bowled a lot straighter in the second, and in the middle overs they've had the spinners Laura Marsh and Alex Hartley bowling with good control.

Batting at three is always tough, and as captain Heather Knight I'm sure will take that responsibility.

England celebrate in the third ODIImage source, WICB Media/Athelstan Bellamy

One thing we know from this series so far is that it's difficult to chase with all three matches won by the side batting first.

In Friday's third ODI the tourists thrashed West Indies by 112 runs after opener Lauren Winfield made 79 as England posted 220. Jenny Gunn, Laura Marsh and Alex Hartley then took two wickets each as the hosts were bowled out for 108.

In the second match it was England who collapsed, losing six wickets for three runs as they were bowled out for 110 to give West Indies a 38-run win.

Heather Knight's side won the first match by five runs after defending 149.

That's the England team as declared... does that mean a shuffle in the order? Georgia Elwiss, who has batted at three in the first few games, has been moved down to number six if this is the batting order.

The wicket is pretty dry - the live grass from the previous game has got that bit drier so it will probably not carry through as much.

England have shown the importance of building a platform and having wickets in hand for the final 10-15 overs. And they have been bowling very well - Katherine Brunt has been brilliant with the ball.

I think we are going to be in for a brilliant day's cricket - if West Indies get up to 180-plus we will be in for an exciting game.
