  1. Bang 77-0published at 18 overs

Bangladesh have run really well so far but they get themselves in a right mess following a Tamim push to off. They end up with both men in the middle of the track looking at each other. Luckily for them, the England throw doesn't come sharply enough. Good over from Moeen. Two off it.

    Tamim 28, Kayes 44

Here comes Ben Stokes. He has not had a brilliant series so far with the ball and he starts with a slower ball that dribbles horribly wide. Start again. Much of the rest of the over is better and almost brings a wicket as Kayes' attempted smash down the ground comes off the splice and loops just over mid-on. Stokes lets himself down with a short last ball that is pulled away for four by Kayes.

  5. Bang 68-0published at 16 overs

Oh, big spin from Moeen. The ball is angled in to leg and darts away from Tamim, who gets a bat on it and does well to steer it away for a single to backward point. Good contest, this.

The run rate isn't express by Bangladesh but nor have England created many chances. The pitch looks pretty true...

  8. Bang 65-0published at 15 overs

Plunkett is trying to grip of the surface, bowling some off-cutters and varying up his pace. No big shots from Bangladesh but they keep the scoreboard ticking with five singles. This is now Bangladesh's best ODI opening partnership against England.

  9. Bang 60-0published at 14 overs

Moeen has yet to take a wicket in this series. He is proving an economical option so far here, though. With the sharp turn, neither batsman have been inclined to throw their bat at him.

Fair enough review by England. Looked possible. Worth a gamble.

No evidence to over-rule the decision from umpire Erasmus. The ball missed bat and glove and came off Kayes' forearm.

Anon: Played in a game for village side Hartley Wintney at under-17 and our own umpire Mark Waddleton sent off our leg-spinner Philip Cook as it all kicked off in the middle. At the time we didn't know if anybody had ever been sent off in the history of cricket! As the umpires don't carry red cards, he just pointed him to the pavilion. It was so funny but we still went on to win the match.

I think health and safety might be inclined to tell the cameramen not to focus on the crowd. Every time they do, there is an almighty scrum to get in front of it. It's like the pile-ons we used to do at primary school.

Meanwhile, out in the middle, Tamim has to be alert as a Plunkett short ball hits him in the body and briefly threatens to hit the stumps before a little kick from the batsman heads off any bother. Plunkett keeps the home openers to just two from the over.

Unlucky Moeen. He draws a top edge from Kayes as he tries to sweep but the batsman gets away with it as the ball drops safe. The Bangladeshi pair are running well. Five singles off the over.

I think the stadium DJ's offering could do with some fine tuning. He's gone early with the pumping beats. You've got to leave yourself somewhere to go when the fireworks start flying. Actually, maybe he was just pre-empting a shot from Kayes, which sees him dance down the track to Plunkett and launch him for six over extra cover. The 50 is up.

Before this innings, Tamim Iqbal averaged 26.9 with the bat in 11 innings against England. However, he averages 47.2 since the start of 2015.

  20. Bang 42-0published at 10 overs

The last over of the powerplay is handed over to the spin of Moeen Ali. He immediately finds some sharp turn as the ball grips this helpful surface. Just two singles off the over. A promising start.
