After the fantastic start that Woakes gave England, they've taken their foot off the gas.

  2. WI 176-4published at 33 overs

    Holder 12, Lewis 92

Lewis looks like he has all the time in the world to play his shots. He gets down on one knee and sweeps Rashid all along the ground and away for a single. Holder tries that extra cover trick again and gets cut off, but Rashid sends down a gift of a short delivery that Lewis, jumping onto the back foot, drives away for four. That takes him into the nineties, too.

Here's the latest West Indies wicket to fall, as Jason Mohammed edges Adil Rashid behind.

  4. WI 169-4published at 32 overs

I'd have taken Rashid over Dawson, personally. You don't trip and take 23 Test wickets in India by accident. Here's Jake Ball, and a leggy delivery is played down low and away for two by Evin Lewis. Ball, arms pumping, angles the ball back into the batsmen, but both Lewis and Holder sneak a few singles through the covers.

I just can't fathom Mason Crane's inclusion in the Ashes squad. I just look at the spin department and you have to go with the best spinner or with the best all-round package. And that would have been Liam Dawson, so at least if Moeen is injured you will get someone who is rounded.

    Lewis 84, Holder 8

A bit of yes, no calling from Evin Lewis before he and Jason Holder eventually decide to jog through for a single. A sumptuous shot from Holder follows as Rashid spears in a fuller delivery and Holder drives it past the man at extra cover and into the ropes. Lovely stuff.

It was a great leap. It was one of those where you see it all the way and you make a goalkeeper leap. Morgan will be disappointed because he got there.

    WI 157-4

That's a drop! That would have been a magnificent catch from Eoin Morgan - Holder pushed away from his body, the ball flew to cover and Morgan flew with it, but it popped out of his hands as he hit the floor.

It was all going so nicely for Jason Mohammed, too...

  10. WI 153-4published at 29 overs

Here's Jason Holder, striding to the crease as Adil Rashid spins the ball between his hands. A quick single gets the West Indies skipper off the mark, before Lewis pats away the rest of the over.

Mohammed was eyeing up the boundary for his 50. Just a nice, simple catch for Buttler. You feel West Indies will need to double their score from here, at the very least.

    Mohammed c Buttler b Rashid 46 (WI 150-4)

Out! That's come at an important time for England - these two were ticking along quite merrily. Jason Mohammed went deep into his crease, shaping to cut, and ended up sending a tickle of an edge through to Buttler. It was a tempter of a delivery from Rashid, just hanging outside off stump, but Mohammed didn't get enough on the shot.

Evin Lewis turned his last half-century into three figures - here's one of the shots that has helped him make another 50 today.

  14. WI 148-3published at 28 overs

Mohammed hops up onto tippy-toes and cracks a single away. Plunkett, who you have to think has been a shade unlucky to not make the Australia long-list, twitches his shirt sleeves and keeps plugging away. He's found a slightly fuller length, nipping the ball into Jason Mohammed, and the batsman hustles the ball off his pads. That's a much tidier over from Plunkett, just the two runs from it.

  15. WI 146-3published at 27 overs

    Mohammed 45, Lewis 78

Rashid continues, dragging the ball down and being duly signalled wide. It's fairly easy picking for the two batsmen as they leisurely push singles to either side of the wicket.

Liam Plunkett is having an off day. After doing so well in Bristol, he isn't getting his radar right.

  17. WI 141-3published at 26 overs

    Plunkett 5-0-32-0

A little on the shortish side from Plunkett, but a fine, sprawling dive from Root saves a run. The sturdy chested Plunkett takes a breath, runs in and spears a bit of short rubbish down the leg side, and Jason Mohammed gets gracefully up on one leg to swat it away for four.

Cheers, Kal. It'll be Liam Plunkett to continue - first, here's how Evin Lewis reached his half-century.

  19. WI 132-3published at 25 overs

    Lewis 74, Mohammed 38

Jason Mohammed misses out on a full-toss from Adil Rashid, just the single from it.

Evin Lewis doesn't miss out, though. Short from Rashid and that's drilled through the off for four.

Right then, that's me done for now. Here is Amy Lofthouse.

West Indies are clawing their way back into this game so Eoin Morgan brings some pace back in the form of Liam Plunkett.

Plunkett hits the deck hard, but offering enough width for Lewis to drive off the back foot for two. A carbon copy from Plunkett, this time it's just the one.

A single apiece for Mohammed and Lewis to end the over.
