This is the last scheduled over of play. There is more time to make up the final hour though so we may get a couple more.
Dawid Malan to bowl it...

There were arms raised for everything there, and umpire Oxenford ignored whatever they were asking for.

More sterling work from Wagner has he defends all six balls.
The last flicks off his pads and is caught by one of the three short legs.
Appeal but that was nowhere near the bat.

We now have eight men around the bat, and Stuart Broad at a short, catching mid-off.
Only seven wickets have fallen in the evening session across this Test.
Well 10 is a nice, round number. But I don't think England are getting these last three.
Jack Leach continues...

It is distinctly nippy out there now.

This is now the latest we've played on any of the five days.

Haha. Joe Root bowls a bouncer to finish his over and Jonny Bairstow takes it high above his head.
Don't think the umpires were too impressed by that.
No wickets. No runs. As per.

It feels like it's gone now. There won't be the time for two more batsmen to walk out.

The sun has gone again, there's some cloud out there now, and if it goes behind that cloud, that might be it.
It looks like they've already been told they have to bowl spin. It's Root, or Leach, or bust.
It's very gloomy out there now and it looks like the umpires have told Joe Root he can't bowl the quicks anymore.
The captain has brought himself on.

Andrew, is there any record for the most amount of fielders with helmets on around the wicket?
Andrew Samson: This might be it.
Three overs left
Leach starts round then goes over the wicket to Wagner but can't spark anything.
A maiden.
A wicket an over needed.

New Zealand have really knuckled down, especially in the second half of the day.

It's Anderson, so of course the line and length are impeccable.
Until the last one, that is - a bouncer that Sodhi ducks under easily to mark 150 balls at the crease.
What a magnificent effort from the leg-spinner.
James Anderson is back into the attack.
Time for heroes.
Graeme Swann

These low chances that the England fielders aren't getting to - it's because they come up with the ball. They come up on their haunches with the shot and their hands lift - and the momentum means you can't get back down.
If you watch the Sri Lankans, who are the world's best around the bat, they don't ever come up. It is very, very hard to do if you're not used to doing it.
Five overs left
Leach changes angle and goes round the wicket to Wagner, trying to push the ball across him.
Shouts of catch as the ball deflects towards short leg but that was off Wagner's pads.
