Gary Ballance and Tom Kohler-Cadmore need to form a partnership because that's where Hampshire were so good with that partnership of James Vince and Sam Northeast.

Their running between the wickets was so impeccable.

Those two early wickets mean Yorkshire can't really afford to take risks at the moment.

But they're not scoring. It's a difficult position for the visitors as Dale Steyn concedes three from his fifth over.

The Hampshire bowlers are definitely getting a bit more life out of this pitch than their counterparts.

Chris Wood gets one to spit at Gary Ballance and it strikes him on the glove.
