At the summary of that Hampshire game, this is where we bring today's live text service to a close.

But fear not, we'll be back on Monday for another round of County Championship fun.

    Thank you for joining us.

  2. Tour match updatepublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

Warwickshire may have lost to Kent earlier, but it was a good day for Bears batsman Sam Hain, who made an unbeaten 145 off 134 balls as England Lions beat West Indies A by 87 runs in a 50-over game at Derby.

Tom Kohler Cadmore (67) and Steven Mullaney (58) were the other major contributors in the Lions' total of 318-5, and Hampshire spinner Liam Dawson then took 4-27 as the tourists were bowled out for 231.

The other six wickets were shared between Reece Topley and Chris Jordan.

    Division One tableImage source, .

So, the dust is settling on another round of Championship games and we have new leaders of Division One after Surrey thrashed Somerset by an innings with a day to spare at Guildford.

Nottinghamshire reignited their title challenge by winning at Chelmsford for the first time since 1984 and bottom club Worcestershire finally put a 1 in the W column by overcoming Lancashire at New Road despite an innings of 177 by England's Keaton Jennings.

In Division Two, Warwickshire remain at the head of the table, but a first defeat of the season to closest challengers Kent saw their advantage reduced to eight points.

Sussex are chasing the top two after a three-day innings win over Durham and Middlesex, the 2016 champions, moved into the top half after a nervy finish against Leicestershire.

Despite winning for the first time this season, Northants are bottom of the table, having just missed out on promotion last summer when they finished third.

  6. One over left at the Ageas Bowlpublished at 19:49 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorkshire 350 & 260-6 v Hampshire 443 (Yorks lead by 167)

Massive applause from the crowd in Southampton as we approach the final over of the match, with both sides not keen on sticking out there for about another hour and a half.

  7. Postpublished at 19:43 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorkshire 350 & 257-6 v Hampshire 443 (Yorks lead by 164)

There's been one run in about 10 minutes at the Ageas Bowl and there's not a great deal happening.

Just over five minutes more until the two sides can shake hands and call it a day. Otherwise, we've got another 21 overs of this.

WICKETpublished at 19:31 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Tattersall b Rayner 22 (Yorkshire 350 & 256-6 v Hampshire 443)

Jonathan Tattersall is bowled by Ollie Rayner, who's had a tremendous debut for Hampshire, taking another wicket.

Yorkshire lead by 163 runs and there could be another 24 overs left in the day. A draw still looks likely.

50 for Jack Leaningpublished at 19:28 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorkshire 350 & 256-5 v Hampshire 443 (Yorks lead by 163)

Jack Leaning brings up his 50 and Yorkshire's lead is further extended.

This might not be the most entertaining finish to the match, but he's done well with the bat alongside Jonathan Tattersall.

Wahey and we're back with the radio commentary. As much as I enjoy the Gorillaz, they're no county cricket, are they?

Meanwhile, if you're just tuning in, you've not missed a great deal.

  11. Postpublished at 19:12 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorkshire 350 & 244-5 v Hampshire 443 (Yorks lead by 145)

There might be a few gremlins in the works with our online radio commentary of this game.

You might be hearing BBC Radio Solent's Stereo Underground show which, although probably a bit more exciting than this match...isn't this match.

Hopefully the techies are on the case and we can bring you live commentary very soon.

  12. Back under way at the Ageas Bowlpublished at 19:03 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorkshire 350 & 230-5 v Hampshire 443 (Yorks lead by 137)

Now the attention turns to the Ageas Bowl, where it's a lot less thrilling, truth be told.

Yorkshire are still batting and currently have a lead of 137 runs as we head ever closer towards tea.

This one's got draw written all over it, the way it's going.

  16. GLAMORGAN DRAW AGAINST DERBYSHIREpublished at 18:32 British Summer Time 23 June 2018
    Breaking

    Glamorgan 283 & 403-7d v Derbyshire 362 & 147-8

All over at St Helen's and Glamorgan and Derbyshire share a draw, with the hosts unable to find the two wickets needed for victory before the end of play on day four at St Helen's.

The result means Glammy move up to ninth in Division Two and off the bottom of the table.

  17. Postpublished at 18:27 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Derbyshire 146-8 v Glamorgan

We're down to the final over in Swansea and it's Michael Hogan to bowl for Glamorgan.

Two wickets are needed for the win, otherwise it looks as if a draw is on the cards.

  18. Postpublished at 18:19 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Derbyshire 141-8 v Glamorgan

Time ticking away if Glamorgan are to win this game but, as it stands, looks like the Welsh county will be off the bottom of the Division Two table this evening.

    Derbyshire 141-8 v Glamorgan

Four overs remain at St Helen's as Glamorgan chase the two wickets they need to seal victory against Derbyshire.

Could we be heading for a draw, however? Duanne Olivier and Tony Palladino are doing their level best to stay at the crease.

  20. Postpublished at 18:08 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Thanks Gary.

It's all to play for this evening. Glamorgan could lift themselves off the bottom of the County Championship Division Two table depending on their result against Derbyshire.

Meanwhile, there's some added spice to proceedings at the Ageas Bowl after Hampshire ran out Harry Brook.
