Warwickshire may have lost to Kent earlier, but it was a good day for Bears batsman Sam Hain, who made an unbeaten 145 off 134 balls as England Lions beat West Indies A by 87 runs in a 50-over game at Derby.

Tom Kohler Cadmore (67) and Steven Mullaney (58) were the other major contributors in the Lions' total of 318-5, and Hampshire spinner Liam Dawson then took 4-27 as the tourists were bowled out for 231.

The other six wickets were shared between Reece Topley and Chris Jordan.

So, the dust is settling on another round of Championship games and we have new leaders of Division One after Surrey thrashed Somerset by an innings with a day to spare at Guildford.

Nottinghamshire reignited their title challenge by winning at Chelmsford for the first time since 1984 and bottom club Worcestershire finally put a 1 in the W column by overcoming Lancashire at New Road despite an innings of 177 by England's Keaton Jennings.

In Division Two, Warwickshire remain at the head of the table, but a first defeat of the season to closest challengers Kent saw their advantage reduced to eight points.

Sussex are chasing the top two after a three-day innings win over Durham and Middlesex, the 2016 champions, moved into the top half after a nervy finish against Leicestershire.

Despite winning for the first time this season, Northants are bottom of the table, having just missed out on promotion last summer when they finished third.

That's brought an end to a slow day's play at the Ageas Bowl. They're off and both sides agree to finish with a draw.

Massive applause from the crowd in Southampton as we approach the final over of the match, with both sides not keen on sticking out there for about another hour and a half.

There's been one run in about 10 minutes at the Ageas Bowl and there's not a great deal happening.

They're off for 20 minutes at the Ageas Bowl and there's not a great deal happening.

Now the attention turns to the Ageas Bowl, where it's a lot less thrilling, truth be told.

Yorkshire are still batting and currently have a lead of 137 runs as we head ever closer towards tea.

This one's got draw written all over it, the way it's going.

All over at St Helen's and Glamorgan and Derbyshire share a draw, with the hosts unable to find the two wickets needed for victory before the end of play on day four at St Helen's.

The result means Glammy move up to ninth in Division Two and off the bottom of the table.

We're down to the final over in Swansea and it's Michael Hogan to bowl for Glamorgan.

Two wickets are needed for the win, otherwise it looks as if a draw is on the cards.

Time ticking away if Glamorgan are to win this game but, as it stands, looks like the Welsh county will be off the bottom of the Division Two table this evening.

Four overs remain at St Helen's as Glamorgan chase the two wickets they need to seal victory against Derbyshire.

Could we be heading for a draw, however? Duanne Olivier and Tony Palladino are doing their level best to stay at the crease.
