The experienced Gary Wilson is the new man in.

There's a milestone for the Bears, they need less than 100 to win.

  4. wicket

    Simpson lbw b Griffiths 39 (Middlesex 284-7, target 381)

    Big wicket for Leicestershire!

Paceman Gavin Griffiths gets John Simpson lbw straight after tea.

That's a huge blow to Middlesex's hopes, although number nine James Harris is more than handy with the bat.

    Derbyshire 77-3 v Glamorgan (39 overs remain)

And they're also playing at Swansea.

Still plenty of overs for Glamorgan to get these seven Derbyshire wickets, with Wayne Madsen and Billy Godleman in the middle.

  6. Can Warwickshire do it?published at 16:04 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Warwickshire 416-7 v Kent (target 519)

  7. Final session under way at Grace Roadpublished at 16:03

    Middlesex 276-6 v Leics (target 381)

    Cheers Ben.

And I return as play resumes in Leicester with Middlesex needing 105 more to win.

Hilton Cartwright and John Simpson have batted superbly so far - one final push will get them there.

Leicestershire must be craving an early breakthrough.

    Yorks 150-4 v Hants (lead by 57)

Jack Leaning and Harry Brook are hanging in there for Yorkshire but there's precious little time to set a target and take ten Hampshire wickets now.

38 added in 18.1 overs since they began their partnership.

A minumum of 64 overs left in the day's play.

    52 ahead.

That's all from me for now. Gary Smee will take you through the next passage of play.

  9. Notts crush Essex by 301 runspublished at 15:55 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Reaction from Chelmsford

Paceman Matt Milnes (who took 4-44) told BBC Radio Nottingham:

“There’s been a lot of messages from friends and family. They’re buzzing, so I’m looking forward to catching up with them.

“My mum and dad came down yesterday, so they obviously saw the Cook wicket. That was quite a big moment!”

    On dismissing Alastair Cook:

“I felt like I could have got him out in the first innings and then in the second, I managed to nip back and hit the pad.

“I went up and can’t really remember anything else, I just went berserk. I think I ran towards Nashy (Chris Nash) and Ross (Taylor) and hit Riki (Wessels) on the way and almost took him down.”

  10. Middlesex fight on at Grace Roadpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Middlesex 276-6 v Leics (target 381) - tea

    Kevin Hand
    BBC Radio London

Middlesex are piling on the pressure in an unlikely run chase but the hosts remain marginal favourites at tea on the final day at Grace Road.

The pitch has played a lot better today and the only wicket to fall in the afternoon saw Stevie Eskinazi run out for 97 after Hilton Cartwright was dropped at cover with a mix up ensuing.

The latter's mind was perhaps focused by the mishap and the Australian international has gone on to record his first Championship 50 for the visitors in his sixth match.

John Simpson, who has a history of seeing Middlesex over the line in tight finishes, has helped put on 79 for the seventh wicket and the pair have defied the second new ball for 11 overs so far.

Will the tea interval break the concentration of the not out batsmen or steel their resolve? One thing is for sure, there will be a loser feeling very hard done by in a couple of hours.

  11. Tea at Swanseapublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Derbyshire 77-3 v Glamorgan (target 325)

The draw is still favourite as the players go off for tea.

Funnier things have happened in cricket though.

Glamorgan need seven wickets in the evening session, Derbyshire must bat it out.

  12. Tea at Grace Roadpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Middlesex 276-6 v Leics (target 381)

Middlesex go to tea needing 105 more to beat Leicestershire.

What a stand it's been so far from Hilton Cartwright and John Simpson - the pair have put on 78.

Leicestershire will be praying for an early wicket in the final session. A minimum of 33 overs to go there.

  13. Tea at Tunbridge Wellspublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Warwickshire 414-7 v Kent (target 519)

Ian Bell's marathon knock made it all seem possible but it's up to Adam Hose and Chris Wright now.

They'll resume after tea on 50 and 4 respectively.

A minimum of 40 overs left. 105 to win.

    Tense times for both teams.

  14. Game on at Glamorgan?published at 15:41 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Derbyshire 77-3 (target 325)

Derbyshire are just wobbling a bit at Swansea.

Michael Hogan has removed Alex Hughes to leave them three down with a session and a bit to go.

Wayne Madsen is unbeaten on 51, with Billy Godleman just joining him at the crease.

  15. Brook and leaning rebuild for Yorkshirepublished at 15:40 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Yorks 141-4 v Hants (lead by 48)

Shot! Harry Brook smashes Gareth Berg through the covers to pick up his fourth four.

    He's on 22 now.

Just a couple of runs off Ollie Rayner at the other end. 48 ahead.

  16. 50 for Adam Hosepublished at 15:36 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Warwickshire 414-7 v Kent (target 519)

It might not be in a winning cause now but still a fine knock from Adam Hose.

Ivan Thomas replaces Harry Podmore and Hose greets him with a straight drive for two. That's 49.

Make that 50 as he nudges Thomas behind square on the on side for one.

92 balls and seven fours. 105 to win.

  17. 50 for Cartwrightpublished at 15:29 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Middlesex 266-6 v Leics (target 381)

What perfect timing to reach your maiden Championship half-century for Middlesex.

Australian Hilton Cartwright gets there off 123 balls with a seventh boundary.

They'll probably need him there at the end though if they're going to pull off this big chase.

    115 more required.

  18. 'Draw or home win favourite'published at 15:25 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Derbyshire 65-2 v Glamorgan (target 325)

    Nick Webb
    BBC Wales Sport

A draw or a home victory look to be the possibilities in Swansea as Derbyshire lost both openers cheaply, having been set 325 in 63 overs.

Brilliant centuries from Usman Khawaja (126) and Kiran Carlson (152) wrested back control for Glamorgan, their stand of 289 a record for any wicket against Derbyshire.

A declaration just after lunch saw Derbyshire needing to score at an unlikely 5.15 runs per over to win, and they quickly lost Harvey Hosein bowled by Michael Hogan for 0, followed by Ben Slater, lbw for 15 sweeping at spinner Andrew Salter.

Wayne Madsen dominated the scoring in the third-wicket stand, hitting some bold blows while first-innings centurion Alex Hughes was content to defend.

  19. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:23 British Summer Time 23 June 2018

    Patel c Riley b Henry 7 (Warwickshire 405-7 v Kent, target 519)

    Another wicket for Matt Henry!

He gets one to take the edge of Jeetan Patel's bat and a great low catch from Adam Riley.

Three more wickets to get. The Bears still need 114.

Chris Wright is the new batsman.

    Middlesex 255-6 v Leics (target 381)

    John SimpsonImage source, Getty Images

This is some partnership between Hilton Cartwright and John Simpson for Middlesex.

The pair have put on 58 to take their county within 126 of victory.

I'd say Leicestershire are still slight favourites, but they'll be getting twitchy.
