    Lancashire 269-4 v Worcs (target 602)

It's a similar story at New Road, where Lancashire will have to bat out the day to salvage anything from the game.

They're still 333 runs short of the mammoth 602 set by Worcestershire, so a draw may be their best hope now.

England opener Keaton Jennings will begin on 135.

In Division One, Essex are heading towards defeat at Chelmsford.

They'll have to bat out three sessions with only six wickets remaining.

Unlikely, but you never know. Ravi Bopara and nightwatchman Jamie Porter are the not out batsmen.

    Warwickshire 229-1 v Kent (target 519)

If Warwickshire are going to chase down their target of 519 at Tunbridge Wells, they'll have to break a record that has been standing since 1925.

Notts made 502 to beat Middlesex all those years ago - the highest-ever County Championship run chase.

I'll be keeping a very close eye on that one. Ian Bell (102*) and Dom Sibley (82*) will be in the middle shortly with another 290 runs to get.
