    Worcestershire Rapids 169-6 v Lancashire Lightning 22-1

The T20 Blast's leading wicket taker is into the attack.

Pat Brown's first ball is wayward down the leg-side for a wide, but he follows up with a string of variations that bamboozle the Lancashire batsmen.

Alex Davies finally gets his bat on a delivery, but it ends disastrously as he is run out coming back for two.

The first break of the day gave us a chance to catch up on all the team news in the crowd.

Apart from all the various collections of chef hat-wearing Cooks, no doubt left over from last week's tumultuous scenes at The Oval, there are a few on safari, a few more from Hawaii and a couple of even more daring blokes dressed as Gladys Pugh, from Hi-di-Hi.

There's more than one set of Blues Brothers, more than one Donald Trump and even more Bumbles!

And a lone fox being chased by a red posse of men in full huntsmen outfits.

  8. 'Worcestershire have seized back momentum'published at 12:27 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

Lancashire require 170 runs to win

    James Anderson
Lancashire and England fast bowler on BBC Radio 5 live Sports Extra

It's been interesting to see the momentum shifts. Worcestershire had a great start, Lancashire's spinners dragged it back in the middle overs and it looked at one point that Worcestershire would be happy with 130-140.

As it is Worcestershire now have the momentum going into their bowling innings and it's Lancashire's job to wrestle that back.

Worcestershire set Lancashire 170 to win

    Jack Shantry
Ex-Worcestershire all-rounder on BBC Radio 5 live Sports Extra

From where Worcestershire were at the end of the spinners' spell they would absolutely take this.

That one Toby Lester over could be the difference but Ben Cox, who would have been smarting after being left out of the County Championship side in midweek, has absolutely got Worcestershire back into this.
