Woakes 5-0-10-1
Chris Woakes continues to barely give the Sri Lanka batsmen a sniff.
That's five overs on the spin for just 10 runs, with the early wicket of Sadeera Samarawickrama. Impeccable.

Dickwella 22, Chandimal 5
Better stuff from Olly Stone - fast, aggressive and now accurate as he concedes just one from the first five balls.
Niroshan Dickwella then punches deliciously down the ground though and Adil Rashid can't quite pull it in before the ball hits the rope.

With Jonny Bairstow ruled out of this match after twisting his ankle playing football yesterday, we want your stories of last-minute injuries that kept you out of cricket.
So not cricket injuries, but injuries you sustained doing other things just before a cricket match that prevented you from playing.

Dickwella got off to a ferocious start in the third ODI and is looking to get back to that approach.
The left-handed opener stands tall and whacks Woakes over mid-wicket for four. Shot!
Woakes responds with four straight dot balls.

BBC Radio 5 live in Kandy
It's been dry and sunny in Kandy for the last two days - it'd be a cruel piece of luck if once again the rain played a part today.
Speaking to Sri Lankan legend Mahela Jayawardene in the press box earlier, he seemed to think we'd be OK, but acknowledged it was far from predictable in these parts.
Dickwella 14, Chandimal 4
Olly Stone overpitches to Dinesh Chandimal and the Sri Lanka captain gets off the work with a lovely crisp clip through square leg for four.
Stone is bowling at a fair lick but strays wide and concedes the extra.
Chris Woakes at his nagging, accurate best. Sri Lanka can barely get him away.
Sadeera c Buttler b Woakes 1 (SL 19-1)
Chris Woakes continues to nag away and gets his reward.
It's more of a Test match dismissal than an ODI, Woakes moving the ball away a touch off a nice line and length with Sadeera Samarawickrama prodding uncertainly at it.
The ball catches the edge and Jos Buttler completes a simple catch.
A poor shot but excellent pressure from Woakes.
Olly Stone is a bit loose so far. He strays wide and Dickwella guides it gorgeously past point for four.
A good response from the young tyro though, cutting Dickwella in half with one that rips through.
Eoin Morgan makes another stop in the covers to limit Sri Lanka to a single before Chris Woakes strays a touch down leg but Niroshan Dickwella can't make contact and it's just a leg bye.
Stone starts at good pace and finds some vicious lift to zip it past Dickwella.
The Warwickshire quick then digs it in very short and Dickwella plays a sumptuous upright-ramp shot that bounces just short of the rope.
And that's four more! Stone strays down leg and it flicks away off the pads to the fence, despite the diving effort of Tom Curran.
Olly Stone keeps his place despite the return of the now married Liam Plunkett.
Here's what Plunkett told BBC Sport about his nuptials...
"Perfect. It rained the day before and the day after, but the morning of the wedding was beautiful and it was an amazing day. As much as you want to be here you wouldn’t take that back, it was probably the best day of my life."
Rained the day before and after? Sounds like he had fine preparation for Sri Lanka then. Also probably the best day of his life? Come on man.
Anyway, here is Stone...
Oooh. Woakes zips one past the left-handed Dickwella's outside edge on the angle.
The Brummie all-rounder then strays wide but Eoin Morgan puts in a fantastic diving stop at extra cover to limit Dickwella to just a single. Like a goalie diving to palm it away from the top corner with his top hand.
That's just the one from the first over.
Woakes on a nice line and length and Dickwella defends.
It's overcast in Pallekele - will the ball swing?
But first - cricket!
Niroshan Dickwella and Sadeera Samarawickrama are out in the middle. England are in position.
It will be Chris Woakes to bowl first up - here we go!
A reminder that you can listen to The Cricket Social from 08:00 BST today, with the team bringing you updates of the action, debate and random musings.

Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal: "I would also have bowled first - it looks a good pitch though so if you can put a good total on the board then you can put them under pressure.
"Hopefully our batsman will continue their good things from the last match today.
"As a group we are discussing [that no batsman has scored an ODI century this year] but we have competed well and hopefully the boys are looking forward to this game."
The hosts make one change with Kasun Rajitha coming in for fellow seamer Nuwan Pradeep.
Sri Lanka: Niroshan Dickwella, Sadeera Samarawickrama, Kusal Mendis, Dinesh Chandimal, Dhananjaya de Silva, Dasun Shanaka, Thisara Perera, Akila Dananjaya, Lasith Malinga, Amila Aponso, Kasun Rajitha.
England make that one enforced change with Alex Hales replacing the injured Jonny Bairstow.
England: Jason Roy, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan, Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes, Adil Rashid, Tom Curran, Olly Stone.
England captain Eoin Morgan, speaking at the toss: "Alex Hales has dealt with being out of the side really well and produced every time he's played in an England shirt. He's been preparing really well out here even though it's been a while since his last innings.
"We're desperate to play as much as we can on this tour and desperate to win. The manner in which we won the other night pleased me most as there was clear improvement from the second game to the third game.
"All the bowlers are pushing each other really hard - we've got Liam Plunkett back in the side, while Joe Denly is also here now and gives us another option. We're growing as a bowling group and they're all striving to improve.
"I'm pleased with my form at the moment. We all go through lean patches so you hope to make the most of it when you're in form."
As reported yesterday, England batsman Jonny Bairstow twisted his ankle while playing football in training.
And it proves bad enough to keep the Yorkshireman out of the side for the fourth ODI, with Alex Hales slotting in.
